Like the free breakfast with soft/half boil eggs which usually you dont get it for hotel breakfast buffet and helpful staffs. Night time were quiet although there's bar/pub below.

The place is old, quite outdated compared to it's nearby hotels. It's a huge hotel for it size but hardly see any guests around. During my check in at around 4pm, was told that there are no towels, and will be deliver at a later time, had been a frequent travellers and this is the first time experiencing it. Breakfast time feels it's really shortage of staffs as the food keep running low or empty, tables were not cleared and were sitting there for at least 20mins resulting many guests had no choice but to either sit with the used unclean table or shift the used plates & cutleries to somewhere else themselves.

I like the way they welcomed us to the hotel.. very accommodating and warm front desk staff. Especially the guest relations officer Shahida. She helped us to locate the grab car and gave us tips on going to Singapore very friendly and kind. Before going to INDONESIA we stayed at the hotel and I love it's very strategic location. Before going to Sg we stayed at the hotel too and found it very convenient for us. All in all I love BERJAYA WATER FRONT HOTEL so much. I surely Will recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances.

The breakfast was not that good, there’s no taste in the nasilemak, the sambal is like no taste , the omelette is not hot, the coffee is too cair. (Watery, no coffee taste)

The breakfast part, and the key card keeps on getting deactivate, should upgrade the keycard to better sustained the guest stay, and not change the card now and then. The card would trigger if near an electronic device and deactivated, this is not good

Hotel staff were pleasant. Room service was great. Hope they can improve their breakfast.

The TV finally is working condition but as in all days, it doesn't tune to Vasantham Channel (Tamil). It has all the channels to cater to the Chinese and Malay Guests but Nil for Indian guests which i find it rather unfair.

It would great if the breakfast has more variation and choices. Wifi intermittent. Used to have cheerful staff welcoming guests but this trip I didn’t see the welcoming staff. A disappointment. Hope the hotel can bring back such service.

Staffs were friendly, room service was fast and I especially would like to say a big thank you to Shahida for being helpful to me when I needed help how to go about to top up my prepaid card. She is very polite and friendly and ask about my stay in the hotel. Looking forward to come back again in a bigger group. Manju Kaur from Singapore

Room was big and clean, comfortable bed, it was nice to have a small pantry and a working table. My kids enjoyed the bathtub and carpet floor. Room service food was nice and enough portions. Calm music on the premises until late night.

Water did not drain well in the toilet sink, no other sink in the pantry. There are no shops nearby except the ZON duty free shops and pubs, you have to walk about 10 mins to find some grocery shops or seven eleven. (Most of the shops in the nearby mall are closed probably due to the covid)

strategic location. kudos to a manager, didn’t get his name. but rest assured he’s either the hotel manager or the gm. me and my family were waiting for grab to go to church. he personally got his staff to send us to the church. and it’s a 30mins drive with his personal car. slight misunderstanding regarding parking, but thanks to that guy/manager. he changed my point of view on the hotel. thank you mr. I’m sorry i didn’t get your name.

toilets- need a major clean up and upgrade.

Excellent staff especially Mr Nordin. We travelled with a child and our flight was very early.. they allowed us to have the room very much earlier. Very friendly and accommodating. Coming back here brings back memories when I was studying in JB... Warm people and food is good.. The view from the 15th floor is fantastic.

Spilled water from the bathtub leaking to the entry way.. sink was leaking as well but we got help with it.

The atmosphere was good. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and doesnt have bad smell. Aircon was well-maintained as it doesnt took long for the room to cool.

The water heater doesnt seem to work well. Advice to do some checks or maintainence for the heater. Lighting switch needs to check too. Unable to off hence I have to sleep with the lights on.
