The location is excellent, short walk to the Metro, tram, bus. Metro runs constantly never had to wait more then 6 minutes easy access. By lift for wheelchair, prams, bikes. Get the M52 Noord 3 stops and you arrive at Rokin here you have everything from canal cruises to the red light district. The nhow hires bikes also. The staff at the nhow go above and beyond, they are all happy and attentive with a real heart to make your stay out of this world. The hotel has many lifts running in the centre of the hotel and they very quickly zip you up and down to your destination. Bar, food, breakfast, room service all excellent. This hotel really made our holiday special we really felt we were treated with a real enthusiasm to make our stay great.. We travelled for a special birthday and the staff made a special card and a special fuss which just made a special day even better. Nhow... Thankyou so much for everything. Totally outstanding with attention to detail,and that real stand out from the crowd hospitality.

A very unique hotel! The viewing areas really made this hotel stand out. The restaurant and gym had the best views of any hotel I'd been too. It was breath taking. The decor of the hotel was like no other we had been too. As well as the architecture of the building. Super innovative. The bed was so comfy! We slept so well! The walk in shower was amazing! Great water pressure, complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There was also a cute sweet station at reception you could help yourself too as you entered. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from RAI station, so easy access to any area in amsterdam/airport.

The only improvement - it would have been nice if we had complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Other hotels in Amsterdam offer this. However there was free coffee available which was a lovely added bonus.

Everything was great! From the staff to the room and to the architecture of the hotel. I like walking to the city center by foot, so the hotel location is my advantage. And if not, there is a subway and a lot of transport not far from the hotel. 1. Rooms are clean. 2. Wifi in the room. 3. Perfect water pressure. 4. Incredible views from the hotel room. 5. Friendly staff. I have the warmest memories, I will be back again. No minuses)

Amazing architecture, well equipped rooms with clever interior arrangement, plenty and functional elevators, amazing breakfast restaurant with stunning views and with plenty of choice of food and drink, easy checkin and checkout, quiet rooms in spite of it being located in an infrastructure hotspot, absolutely nothing to be critical about.

Can’t think of a single thing, and this is coming from a grumpy old man who easily finds something to put the finger on.

We chose not to have breakfast, felt almost 25euros each was too expensive, on top of what we had paid for the week's stay. Feel a gesture of a "free" breakfast, on at least one occasion would have been good and much appreciated...we paid over 1300euros for the week's stay. The location was excellent for us, we were in Amsterdam to visit family, who live within 15 - 20 minutes walk of the hotel. People in the city for sightseeing would be happy with the location too.

Consistency from the room cleaners! Twice they arrived after 3pm ( we happened to be back in the room to pick up something) but the next day were there at 9am....we had only just got out of the shower! Not sure about the other four days we stayed.

Absolutely perfect position in the city because it is very well connected with the subway.

T-e staff is not very welcoming and the cost of the breakfast is outrageous. Even if we asked for a king bed they gave us two single beds.

Nhow must've found the nicest folks in Amsterdam and hired them as their staff. Their front desk were extremely efficient and friendly especially Sergio. I loved the quirky decor and the views were amazing. Their buffet breakfasts were also top notch. Highly recommend paying that extra for a huge spread complete with champagne :) We rented bikes and it was so easy to get into the shopping district and even cycled to Albert Cuyp market. The only "complaint" was the WiFi is weak and you need to pay to upgrade to a premium WiFi. Oh and did i mention the free candy bar at the lobby? Absolutely loved it. Beds super comfortable too

Amazing breakfast. Very good location - metro and train stations nearby. Very clean, comfy, and stylish. Staff was very nice and check in/out very fast and efficient.

1. Very noisy, drunk people outside the hotel the first 2 nights & staff did not bother to actually call police or do anything efficient to solve this, even after we asked them politely to do so. We basically couldn't sleep the whole first night because of this. 2. The limited Wi-Fi. Free Wi-Fi was only for low data requirements, such as e-mails. For extra Wifi we had to pay extra. This is shocking to me considering the price of our stay here. 3. Restaurant - breakfast was amazing, but the food at the restaurant outside the breakfast time... was a joke. Would not reccomend for lunch or dinner. I would return to this hotel anytime, because I loved it. But these are some things that should be changed.

Without a doubt one of the best hotels I stayed in Amsterdam! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and even though we were 4 hours earlier for check in they let us check in with no issue. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible and the breakfast had many amazing options (good quality food!!)

I noticed that many people were going for breakfast around 10:30 and that's when the breakfast closes, so if they could only keep the breakfast until 11:00

The hairdryer is always bad in almost ever Hotel. But at Nhow it was like a professional hairdryer.I had an iron and an ironing board. . The bar is so nice and fancy. I would like to have more time there. The atmosphere was fantastic. I really loved this hotel

I believe there was a problem with the division of the bathroom, the water passed under the shower and wet the entire bathroom.
