- Location very easy accessible from the airport and easy to commute to city center. - very comfy beds - loved the shower and water pressure - mini fridge daily refills - stuff very nice, welcoming and helpful - that you can leave the luggage for a few more hrs at the hotel - liked the design and view from the top restaurants - the fragrance used in the reception is great - tou should sell it - I would have bought it

- cleanliness wise - the floor could have been better cleaned, especially under the sink and in the corners - top restaurant a bit too expensive

6 mins from the airport then about 12-15mins from Centraal station. Hotel is 2min walk from station. Lovely room, clean/modern and free minibar. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They let us check in early as they had a room available. Planning our next trip before the end of the year, will rebook this hotel!

The hotel was fantastic. For a single person, the room I got was perfectly adequate. The shower was great and the complementary bathrobe and amenities were excellent. Since it was my first time, I got a complimentary upgrade to a room on the 18th floor. I could enjoy the view of Amsterdam Zuid from the top. It was a nice surprise.

The only small thing I didn't like was the internet connection. The room had a real poor signal and my phone constantly switched to the 5G signal. Due to this constant switch, the battery drained in the night and it was rather hot when I woke up. A small upgrade on the distribution of the wi-fi could be beneficial.

Breakfast was quite busy, getting a table was sometimes tricky and had to queue for coffee machine.

Great clean rooms, location near metro, 15mins to the center. Good soundproof.

A little bit cold in the rooms, no warming. The same food for breakfast every day.

Staff were very friendly and helpful - reception, cleaning and restaurant staff. Location was ideal - located close(walking distance) to public transport and a few restaurants/coffee shops/supermarket. Also a safe location that was not too busy.

Shower is IN the room(facing the bed) which was very uncomfortable when I had a friend visiting. There was no shower caddy/toiletry holder in the shower for my stuff so I had to place them on the shower floor. It didn't seem like any cleaning was done during my stay. Only the beds were made up, towels replaced and mini bar restocked. Floors were dusty and dirty due to not being swept or vacuumed.

Location was so easy to get to from the airport- 7 minutes on train from schipol. Location of hotel was amazing for attending the Ajax match, amaze, upside down and easily accessing all main city attractions via tube. Hotel is literally 2 min walk without crossing a road to the station for metro and train. The modern decor of the hotel was really cool and made the stay really comfortable. Staff were so polite, calm and constantly to looking to help!! Facilities were amazing with nice breakfast area which had a great range of foods. 18th floor gym was perfect for a quick workout while my partner got ready- great equipment, clean and view was so cool. The 19th floor bar and restaurant had lovely views of Amsterdam to enjoy a drink before heading in to the city. Overall amazing stay and 100% I’d come back for a romantic weekend, family get away or even business! Thanks INNSiDE Meliá Amsterdam!!!

Was staying on the 18th floor which is below they skybar. They had a private function on Sat & the party went on till around 2am! The guest of the party started having a fight & all this was so audible (the loudness of the music, the screaming & shoutting, the breaking of glasses) and i had an early morning flight to catch. So i basically did not sleep. They do not provide shower caps in Europe🙄 The room can do good with better cleaning, and not touchups and making the bed. Location: closer to the metro but far from the city centre

Fantastic experience from start to finish. A warm and friendly greeting started out off our stay well, before being told about our free upgrade to a premium room. The room was spacious, modern and very well laid out, with all the facilities that we could need. The bed was also extremely comfortable. We visited the bar on the top floor and had a pleasant conversation experience there too, so I would recommend a visit. The location of the hotel is great and a couple of minutes walk to the Zuid station. Overall a fantastic stay, I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

When we first arrived we had the pleasure of Jack checking us in to our room. He had such good customer service and made us feel very welcomed! That was one of the first interactions we had had with one of the locals, so that was really nice! The lobby had a very nice look, smell and ambiance. The location of the hotel was 10/10. Literally a three minute walk to the station and a 10 minute train journey into central Amsterdam. The actual room was beautiful, we upgraded to the premium loft room, and the view was great, the room was spacious clean and tidy. No complaints about noise or cleanliness. Beds were comfortable and a nice spacious shower! The lovely cleaners were so patient with us when we asked if they could give us some time before they cleaned our room. Great service! It was my first time in Amsterdam and I will definitely be back here when I come back!

Everything was perfect, however, our tv kept disconnecting the first night, from our phone, which was not a massive deal as we only wanted the tv on before we went to sleep. It was fixed for the remaining days.
