The room was very spacious, including a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee and a large desk. The bed was comfortable and very big. The bathrooms are spacious as well, with enough space to put your stuff. The wardrobe was much larger than in other hotels and would accomodate clothes for a long stay. I didn't try the TV or the breakfast. The hotel has a nice "shop" with essentiells, snacks and drinks though it is really expensive. There is a shopping mall nearby, so it's easy to get cheaper supplies.

The heater/AC was not a bit weird to handle as you could only change the speed and for the temperature you could only choose from a range of -5° and +5°. It was rather loud and also didn't cool down a lot, so it was up to 25° in the room. For me, the location was ok because I went there for a confernce at the RAI (12 minutes by bus, 30 minutes walking), but going to the city centre takes a while.

Location is perfect. My favorite district. Close to Amstelpark. The bus station is right near the hotel. Great shopping center with grocery, shops and restaurants in walking distance (3 min). Train stagion is kn 3 bus stations or 10 min of walk. All is close. And as the bonus breakfast here is incredible. I am filtering what I eat - just healthy stuff and well balanced. There is plenty of choice here even for me.

The value for money of the room was really good. The bus was a min away to access many train and metro stations (Zuid, Rai, Europaplein). The staff was really professional and nice. There was a snack shop open 24/7 with reasonable price. I did not went there but there also are a gym, a restauraunt, a bar and a small terrasse that can be nice when the sun shines ! As it is far, or not walking distance from the touristic places, depending on where you want to go on the city check the location before booking.

- Wi-Fi worked flawlessly - easy check in & out - quiet and nice neighbourhood, bus stop right in front, takes approx. 30mins to city centre by bus, metro 20mins by foot, beautiful area for a stroll - Jumbo/supermarkets super close - a couple of cosy cafés and restaurants in walking distance - the public parking lot as well as their private park house were great - seating area in the entrance hall and outside, where you could hang out without anyone bothering you - friendly, helpful staff

- despite having two of the same rooms booked, we received one significantly smaller than the other and when we addressed it, they only offered a compensation for the next stay - windows can not be opened, the rooms were too hot and the air stuffy - the rooms were not very clean, especially the bathrooms

It is a great hotel with interesting artwork. Lovely spacious room with a very comfortable bed. A bus station in front of hotel for easy access to the metro, tourist areas and central town. A well equiped supermarket and some good restaurants in walking distance. The hotel also had a kiosk for food, necessities, and beverages. The staff were friendly and very helpful and made you feel at home. A happy stay!

The supply of milk in the room.

The room was so clean and quiet (plus loved the fridge). The staff was also super friendly and helpful. I loved the bus stop right across the street, especially when I wanted to go to Keukenhof and found out the bus took me right to the RIA convention center to get the shuttle. Such a selling point!

I wish the restaurant had more vegan options. Would have loved to try breakfast. Also the tv in my room didn't work - I didn't ask the front staff about it though so no fault on them.

Great breakfast, I loved the selection of milk, very inclusive. Nice room, comfortable, clean, pleasant design. Good public transport connection to the Centre. Also check out at 12 as far as I remember, very handy. I'm surprised they can prepare all rooms in 3 hours (check in starts at 3pm), must be very well organised!

Arrived at night, got a standard room instead of superior we'd booked, following one of the reception staff showing me the actual superior as a 'family room' and claiming extra money for it... We stayed a day longer and were not financially disadvantaged in the end. But sounds like a dodgy practice.

Aisha on reception was really welcoming, warm and funny. Whilst the room we had wasn’t as good as other NH hotels we’ve stayed in, it had everything we needed and as always the bed was really comfortable

It was quite far from the city centre, so although the transport links were good, it was a long taxi ride back at night. Getting the hot and cold water mix right in the shower was difficult - either scorching hot or cold.

The hotel was really quiet. Great bed. Great public transport just outside the front door. The staff at the frontdesk was able to solve all our problems no questions asked and was very friendly

No toilet brush. Why? On the first day we found one of the teacups in our room to have been used as an ashtray by the guest(s) before us. On our second day housekeeping sadly forgot to clean our room even though we hung out the sign to please do it. As mentioned above the frontdesk helped us resolve those situations and was very apologetic. :)

The best part of this hotel is, unquestionably, it’s personnel!!! We were met with kindness and warmth at all times. They were very helpful and, if they had tons of work, you would never know!! They always took there time and never made us feel rushed! (Special mention and gratitude to Beau who helped us even when we met him outside and asked him where to catch our bus!)

I honestly have not a single complaint!!
