está bien ubicado the location is good Good value for the price if you want to explore Tucson for a few days. Easy drive to east and west locations of Saguaro National Park. Don’t forget to check out Sabino Canyon too. And drive up to Mt. Lemmon!

the shower 🚿 dripped! That needs to be fixed. It’s a waste of precious water.

I liked that it was clean and majority of the staff were amazing.

I didn’t like that the toilet in the room kept clogging. The HDMI cord for the tv in the living room was broken so the tv didn’t work at all. The room wasn’t as up to date as other rooms I have been in here at best western. Lastly I don’t like that no one comes and cleans the rooms daily and gives new linens, towels, wash clothes. Oh I forgot I don’t like that I called at night to get my toilet plunged for the 3rd time and the man who answered the phone said he’s send someone up but never did I didn’t get my toilet plunged until I called again the nest morning. (Yes me and my son used the toilet all night when it was disgusting and full until someone came to plunge it).

Spacious suite, comfortable bed, two TV's, modest kitchen facilities. Park outside of room, so easy access to car. Good hot breakfast plus fun afternoon social hour with 2 free beverages and decent food on the limited menu. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Clean, reasonably-priced laundry facility for guests.

A little noise at times. Lack of response from a couple of staff members regarding a concerning issue (water running unchecked in an adjacent room) until nearly 24 hrs later. No Left turn (North) allowed onto Oracle Rd from parking lot. Must turn R and find place to U turn. Landscaping and room decor is a little tired. Could stand some revitalization.

The jacuzzi tubs suites are worth the extra the tub fits two of you wanna make that happen! The happy hour at night was great the bartender was amazing and we met interesting people while there! Breakfast made our day each day with different choices each day and everyday favorites like waffles! Bacon day was our favorite!

The tubs show their age but still fully functional! Cheap toilet paper if you’re used to cushiony bring your own! But small discomforts really. Thin walls if you have noisy neighbors may need ear plugs!

Breakfast was really good. Food was always supplied and re-filled. Coffee was also good. Orange juice for breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious, with 2 TV''s on in bedroom and one in living room. Happy Hour was a bonus with two free drinks. Internet speed was very good also with no issues.

Fitness room was too small with only 4 equipment's. Washing machines/ laundry was very basic and old. I found some hair in the bathroom from previous customers. Cleanliness could be better. Kitchen was small with a sink, but nothing provided like plates, forks, spoons...etc.

Breakfast had lots of choices. The food was always stocked and if something was low, the attendant filled it promptly. I liked that it was open till 10am as being on holidays, we didn't have to get up so early. We also liked the Happy Hour items i.e. beverage and popcorn. Always friendly staff, Front desk workers were always helpful. Enjoyed the cookies at the front desk in the afternoon with our afternoon coffee.

There was not one thing I can say I didn't like. However if there was one item, I would say to have a few extra items in the 'Kitchen Pack' (as we had a cooking suite). We did receive a fry pan, pot, flipper, ladle, plates, bowls and KFS. Perhaps a small container of dish soap, tea towel, dish cloth and sink stopper could be added.

I liked that the room i was in was the same one from last year very clean close to pj’s and the pool.The staff was very welcoming and Kind shout out to the Receptionest and Tiffany from pj’s also to all the house keepers they all made our stay very comfortable.we enjoyed that the office lent us the basketball and tennis rackets and balls.I really enjoyed that I was able to take my dog. Also that we received to complementary drinks and the breakfast was good.

I didn’t like that the pool the last day was a ugly nasty color there was no pool towels half the time.The tub was clogged had to call to get that fixed.Also, I did enjoy breakfast they could of add more bacon then sausage to the hot breakfast.

I made a sort of last-minute decision to come to the Tucson Gem Show in January, so I thought that I would be lucky to find a hotel within my price range at such short notice. Not only was the Best Western InnSuites with in my price range, but it is also a fantastic property, and a great value for the price and about 15-20 minutes away from downtown. It all started with check-in, it was so fast and efficient, they even had a list of the Gem Shows sorted according to start date. This information was invaluable to a first-time attendee. I had a room with a mini kitchen and a living room alone with a bedroom and a king bed. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in anywhere, including my very nice pillow top mattress at home. The Staff was so friendly and accommodating, one of the housemen / maintenance guys even stopped to help me carry a few boxes of rocks down to my car, I tried to tip him for helping me and he politely refused. The housekeeping staff was wonderful as well, I did not have service everyday (my choice), but they were so prompt when I requested new towels, soap, shampoo, more coffee or just to have the trash emptied. Breakfast and the evening Happy Hour were a very nice way to start and end my day, I even ordered dinner from their cafe one night, the place was hopping and had one employee working and boy was she busy taking care of everyone, but she was friendly, told us it might be a while as she had lots of orders. When we received our food it was hot and had a very nice presentation. She even asked what condiments / sides we wanted, and she delivered with a smile and nice conversation.

If there was one thing, I would change it would be to stay on the ground floor, as I had 13 large boxes of rocks, I had to carry to my room pack and bring back down the stairs. When checking in I was offered a room on the ground floor, but I declined... totally my fault. I stay in hotels frequently and am often disappointed by them. This WAS NOT the case here, the Best Western InnSuites Tucson Foothills Hotel & Suites will be my hotel of choice from now on and I highly recommend selecting this place.

Hotel is really good value for money. The breakfast is great and has different options each day which was a nice touch. Staff are friendly and the hotel is well kept. Room was nice and felt secure, did't hear any noise at night which was nice. In a good place for other eateries too.

Be prepared to drag your suitcase up the steps to get to your room if you're situated in a higher level room. I don't think they have a lift - it was no problem for me but something to bare in mind.

I liked the value. The location was very convenient and the room was very comfortable. The kitchenette was a bonus. The bathroom was clean and well laid out. I liked the staff and the clientele was nice. The breakfast was good.

I wanted the air conditioner to work, but I did not discover it until 1 AM. It was not an issue, and I did not call the front desk. I just told the front desk at checkout. My entry cards did not work when I first tried to enter the room. For my room, apparently, I have an old system where the magnetic entry cards are susceptible to my phone, credit cards, and car fob. They corrected it promptly.
