Great location, and very comfortable beds. Also nice and quietand friendly staff. They also served a very nice breakfast.

The shower tub was not completely cleaned properly. Maybe the worker got side tracked and didn't finish the job. I cleaned it. Otherwise everything was excellent 👍

Room was what we.needed @ the time before our flight. We didn’t catch the breakfast because of our flight status so no information on that. We reached our destination on Thursday & my friend had realized she left her favorite Pajamas in the room. Called to see if they had been found that night around 11:00 pm. Not sure if she has received a call back yet.

Breakfast, with a large selection of items, including eggs, meats, waffles, and potatoes, was complimentary. The rooms were clean and modern and included a refrigerator and microwave for convenience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to Cal Poly (about 4 miles) and within walking distance of several stores and restaurants. My room had a balcony, and I enjoyed having my coffee on it each morning of my stay.

It was clean and pet friendly. The breakfast had many options as well. Very friendly staff.

1) Room 209 where we stayed had broken floor lamp. 2) It would have been nice to have another yogurt option other than Trix. Something more healthy. 3) The little fenced-in dog run in the back was a good resource as we were traveling with our dog. Without much money, it could be improved by replacing the gate closure, putting down a little grass and providing a place for humans to sit. Thanks for the poop bag.

parking was a little tight. also i was overcharged on my credit card and had some difficulty getting it corrected but when i called Alexander promptly handled everything!!

2nd assigned room was clean and had nice view. Complimentary cocktails and excellent hotel staff. Manager and her staff were very friendly and professional attending to my requests immediately. I would rate them excellent!

Unfortunately I observed cockroach in first assigned room and requested another room.

Really nice pool area. Good size rooms. Good breakfast. Comfy beds. The possibility to do our laundry after severall days on the road. Lots of possibilities for restaurants, fast food and shops nearby.

The location is excellent. The room was clean. Free bottles of water were great.

We had trouble with the air conditioner the first night. It was off when we arrived so we turned down temperature and turned fan on, but it wouldn’t cool. The next night, after not being able to sleep, we discovered there was a button you had to push until you saw a snowflake. Most hotels you just set the desired temperature.

The young man that checked us in and checked us out was extremely helpful with any and all questions, from where to eat and things to do. He is definitely someone you want to retain and promote if possible.

The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately the food was often cold. The pretty serving trays used for the eggs, bacon and other hot food didn’t keep the food warm at all. We stayed four days and all four days the food was cold and lukewarm at best.
