Beautiful hotel with modern amenities. Friendly front desk staff. Convenient location.

This hotel is an expensive option for the area; however, worth the extra expense because of its close proximity to the amphitheater. The restaurant was comfortable and welcoming. Our service for dinner was very slow, not because of lack of effort. Restaurant staff was limited to 2 wait-staff and one bartender. Fellow diners had to scrounge for silverware and water, while other waited for wait-staff to bring dining necessities. The staff was professional throughout the chaos and never once complained or seemed exasperated.

Eveyone was fantastic. Vinny is the absolute best! Jonathan was also great as was the bartender. They all were great at their jobs. Vinny waited on us last year as well and we were so excited to have him again. Amazing drinks, excellent service and great conversation. We love this destination for when going to red rocks. The front desk also gave us great advice for a hike and provided waters while waiting in the lobby.

The only thing we would say is maybe a few more options on the menu for gluten free. But you had some which was still good.

Location is great for Red Rocks. Uber was easy to get to the show and back. Room was clean and comfortable. Very dog friendly hotel and loved that they provide treats, a toy, and a dog bed. The restaurant service, if not sitting at the bar, was very slow or non-existent. Had a very difficult time getting served outside and inside. The food and drinks were good though. All the bartenders we had were lovely and attentive!

I wish there was a dog area that was enclosed. It was nice being able to walk him on the grounds, but it would be a nice addition so dogs could run around a bit after being in a room.

This was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. The backdrop of Red Rocks is so beautiful. The hotel is fun and eclectic. Our room was very comfortable, the towels were large, excellent lighting in the bathroom, we scored some awesome stickers in our room, the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating, breakfast downstairs was made with fresh ingredients and very colorful. The cherry on top, which really puts this hotel on the map for us, is their dog friendly services. When we checked in, they gave our dog Chief his own doggie bag with treats, bandanas, and a toy. They also brought up a large dog bed & two dog bowls for us to use during our stay. They have a large grass area in the back as well. We will definitely be back!

Nice contemporary hotel Great tacos, meh Margs. Right off I70/US40Colfax but quiet, set off . Food hall dinw the street Brewery across the street. Nice coffee shop nearby.

It advertised a shuttle to a local venue, 4 miles away. $50/round trip per person. Uber/Lift was $30 for 2. And on top the "shuttle"service sold out. Wtf? It was a 10 min drive and they couldn't do another trip. Front desk actively pushed another service that quoted me $200 for round trip, scam.

Great location halfway to skiing or for a a red Rocks show. Although views aren’t amazing, we watched a herd of elk having dinner on the ridge west of hotel. Bathroom was large with great lighting and huge shower.

Common areas and the room were very overheated, it took quite awhile to cool room down to sleep bc windows do not open. The bed was very soft - felt great at first- but not good for sleeping. Towels were very rough (like they’d been air dried), and the bedding smelled of bleach. One side of our drapes would not open, appeared a previous guest had broken pull rod. Ice machine on 4th floor was either broken or unplugged with no signage. Large picture by elevator had smashed glass that hadn’t been cleaned up.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty food in the lounge restaurant. Comfortable and clean, well-apportioned room. It was just a quick overnight stay on the road, but there seemed to be fun special events scheduled if you had a more leisurely time. Given the overall experience and amenities, I found this place to be an especially very good value. I’ve already recommended this place to friends and families.

The bathroom door was a sliding barn-door style, which is fine, except a previous guest had apparently opened it with too much force and broke the back-stop so it came off track. Wasn’t a big deal, but this was the only thing I could think of as negative.

Great customer service and comfortable room. Good quality food for reasonable price. Good value for room. Spacious and clean with hard surface floors. They were able to accomodate not using perfumed and chemical cleaning products in our room. I really appreciated that. Nearby cafes and good launching point for activities. I would love to return when in the area.

I suffer from asthma. In the lobby area they use a very strong scent that smelled like incense that goes up the elevator shaft. I required my mask whenever entering those areas and even then I could taste it through my mask. I would recommend those with respiratory conditions use caution in these areas to avoid triggering an asthma attack. I realize that this is an invisible condition not experienced by most people without respiratory restrictions so I dont expect accomodations in all areas of a property. They were so much better than most properties especially for my room.

The breakfast was amazing. The location was great. The building was very nice and clean. Staff was helpful and nice too.

The beds were a little too soft and the window to the bathroom was the worst design ever. No one could walk by the bathroom when someone was using the bathroom. You could see people showering and using the toilet through the bathroom window. And when someone gets up during the night to use the bathroom the light came right through the bathroom window and would wake everyone in the room up during the night. Not a smart design at all! Would not recommend for more than a married couple.

Audrey and Daniel at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. Could not speak more highly of this property or these two fantastic guest service specialists. Really made our stay great. Will return because it’s a great property but mostly due to the impression they left.
