Wonderful front desk clerk, Stephanie. It was late, she had a line of people, some without reservations. She acknowledged all there and was extremely friendly and helpful to each of us. Went above and beyond to assist. My daughter and I were traveling from her college on our way home. We were exhausted, and she made everything very easy and was efficient. Thank you!

Tub drain was backed up. I meant to mention on checkout, but I guess having a 12 hr drive ahead of us, I forgot. Breakfast was okay. 1 small thing to add would be sausage in the gravy.

Very convenient location and Cracker Barrel within short walk.

The room was clean in general, but not all clean. They hadn’t vacuumed in the corners or behind the chairs in a long time. I moved one to get to the AC unit and there was a ton of dirt. The beds were not very comfortable for me at least. I needed something with a bit of give.

Stephanie assisted us prior to our stay and was so kind and helpful! Another lady allowed us to check in early because our room was ready and that was helpful as we had time to spare before our next set of plans.

In the room we stayed in, the flipping door latch is broken. The metal piece that is attached to the door is cracked completely and it just wobbles around - this made us a feel a little unsafe

Breakfast was great! There were actual biscuits and gravy, egg omelets, sausage patties, yogurt, pancakes, juice, coffee and other continental breakfast foods! The pool and hot tub were luxurious and accomodating for my handicapped mother. The water was a great temperature! Loved that there was a 1 ft. baby pool as well!

Property and staff were amazing above and beyond! Staff was great and housekeeping was fantastic checking on us. Thank you to Jessica for helping me with the reservation she was above and beyond helpful. This place is located next to Michael’s bar which was also great! Definitely will be coming back to this place!

Nothing at all

We thought the staff was very helpful. Ashley at the front desk went out of her way to meet all our needs, with a smile. The maid service was also kind and helpful. Over all it was the employees that stood out. We definitely will stay here again.

Really there was nothing we didn’t like.

The location of the hotel was exactly what we were looking for as it is in proximity to many of the golf courses we played.

The breakfast!!! Granted it was free but the quality could have been much better. I’ve eating MREs that were better tasting then the egg omelets that were served. Not to mention the gravy for the biscuits, it was like soup, really thin soup. Get some sausage gravy.

Room was quiet a in good condition.

There was a used bandage behind the bathroom door. There were also pen markings on the bathroom wall, like something a child would do. Coffee maker was in an unusual place, above the microwave in a cabinet where it would need to be removed to use.

The pool and hot tub were clean and wonderful, the hours could use being a bit extended.

The staff was always polite and helpful , the hot breakfast was awesome for a regular hotel. The beds weren’t the best but not horrible .

Everyone was very nice and accommodating with all our needs. Staff were always courteous and respectful. Stephanie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful on every way We will definitely stay there when I'm in the area.
