I did not eat breakfast there because I am a healthy eater and nothing offered that met my dietary needs. I would have gladly paid for healthier options if they were available.

The female front desk staff were wonderful. The male front desk staff hid behind his computer playing games and had a hard time giving me the time and courtesy of paying me full attention at check in or at any time I needed to speak to him. He needs more training. The front desk personnel are the face of the hotel and when they are not pleasant, professional and attentive. they really should not be there. Please review your surveillance cameras to check what I am speaking about.

Sleep Inn exceeded our expectations. The facilities are immaculate and comfortable. We had zero expectations for breakfast, but it was excellent and plentiful, with waffles, fresh fruit, cereals, breakfast sandwiches, juice, and milk. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is lovely to be welcomed warmly and invited to ask questions or obtain forgotten items. We were accidentally assigned a handicapped room, but the staff called a day early to confirm this reservation and check on any special needs. We changed the room assignment and were very happy with our suite.

The suite does not have a door separating the bedroom from the bath and living room. We like to be able to shut the door between rooms. This allows a guest to sleep while another watches television or works.

The staff was great - we had an issue at check-in (we were given a room initially that was still occupied and clearly not clean), and not only did the front desk staff resolve the issue quickly but we were granted an upgrade at no charge. And service was extremely friendly at all stages. The room we ultimately got (suit) was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. The room had a lot of space. Parking was easy and the location was great for our purposes.

We did not like the big and bright gas station sign in our room or the view. However, that is what room shades are for and we used it to mitigate the issue.

As stated before, the facilities were wonderful! The staff was very friendly & helpful & I was glad that they could accommodate us with our little dog who was traveling with us. The room & area seemed pretty quiet, which we enjoyed.

Wish the breakfast availability could have been extended a bit longer. Also, the toilet in our bathroom was too low to the floor. I am not handicapped but am older & found it difficult to get up off the seat. The sink in our bathroom was slow draining, which I did not report and the second evening the grandkids could not go swimming because of an issue with a pump but otherwise the facilities were great!

Breakfast here is pretty good and the location is quiet convenient with a Cracker Barrel right next door. Walmart also very close for anything you may need. Just a 10 minute or so drive to Baylor. We’d stay here again.

Everything was perfect

From the start to finish it was amazing.. Tosha and her helper (I'm sorry didn't get your name) made the check in process awesome and set the tone for the stay. They were so out going, held a conversation with me and really cared about my stay. Thank you ladies for being so inviting. The room was huge!!!. 2 Queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Plenty of room for me and my family .unfortunately we didn't use the gym, pool or spa due to being under new construction but that was OK. The location is awesome it's close to a lot of places.ex Walmart, cracker barrel and even a emergency clinic. Thank you so much for such a great stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the height of the toilet. I felt like it was almost to the ground. Lol

Convenience of location to my needs. All reviews stated this was the nicest hotel in the area and it was. I would definitely stay here again.

Somehow the staff lost my reservation and thought I was checking out after 2 days. I was scheduled to stay 4 nights so I showed them the reservation I made and they reactivated my key card.

Bed was a little too soft. Breakfast is redundant. No one monitors the cleanliness of the dining area. Some guests are slobs.

The people working there were great and very helpful!! The breakfast was Excellent!

They could use a little more parking but it was adequate ...
