It was very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly & helpful.

It was a little storm while we were there & as nice as the hotel was the power went out. I would expect a big nice hotel like that to have a generator but the power was only out maybe 45 minutes thank God but they should’ve had a generator. And they said it was a pool on the website and in the hotel I saw a sign that showed us where the pool was. But when we attempted to go it looked like they just recently built it. It was closed because it was still during construction. And lastly we had to pay for the breakfast. We went there expecting it to be complimentary like every other hotel & we had to pay for myself and my children. I thought that was crazy but not only that but it was simple. It wasn’t anything special for us to had paid for it.

My spouse and I did not eat breakfast because it was his birthaday weekend and I wanted to do something special for him. We went out to eat. If it was'nt his birthday, then we would have probably ate everyday we was there, because the food smell really good.

The beds could have been a little bigger, but they were really comfortable to us. We slept a little longer than normal when we stay in the hotel. With that being said, there is nothing else I would change about our stay.

Everything was just fine. If I could always on my travels stay in hotel of this quality and for same price, I would consider myself as very lucky traveler for work. Food in restaurant was excellent and prices reasonable. All hotel and restaurant staff were just great. I hope to come here again.

I would like to have nice groceries and like wine shop nearby. Maybe there was, but I just didn't ask staff about it.

What a great place to rest after a full day of flight delays and finally rescheduling flight for the next day. Greeted by friendly staff warm cookies. Shuttle to the airport. This will be our home away from home for future visits to son at Regent Law. Booking.com got us an excellent price at the last minute. Thank you Booking.com

Nothing! All was excellent.

I like that the fact that everybody was really nice and when we had an issue with our AC unit they were super courteous to us they got the problem fixed really quick but just for good measure they also switch just to a better room

We stayed on the floor with a bunch of teenagers who were running up and down the Halls

Toilet backed-up,on morning of check-out, paper would not completely flush. Additionally, even though air conditioner was turned-on, there still was humidity in the room.

The hotel lobby was beautiful. Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was super nice. Location was great, right near the outlets. Restaurants were close by also. I will definitely stay again when I come back to the area.

Nothing! Everything was great

The whole property was very nice neatly decorated . All the staff we came across were all very nice and accommodating to whatever we needed. Beds and pillows were extremely comfy.all towels were nice thick n fluffy

The ac worked just not super cold like some are that's the only tiny thing I could figure out to say I didn't like

The room had no trash can liners. The bed was not bed up properly. There was a top sheet only on the bed, with a downcomforter. Then there was a top sheet on top of that, and it had a stain on it. I was not please with room.

The location was excellent. Easy to get to from the airport. Breakfast was also excellent.

I arrived early, not knowing that I had to wait 2 1/2 hours before my room was ready.
