Quality Inn & Suites Vancouver

The room was clean and spacious. Great outdoor pool. Nice location. Close to the Ridgefield amphitheater and lots of restaurants close by to choose from.

Vending machines weren't stocked and ice machine was out of service ice. Sounds petty, but we got back after midnight from our concert and would have liked ice, bottled water and a snack.

We traveled in July and appreciated having an outdoor pool. The building does block the sun after 6/6:30, so that may be a consideration if you're planning on using the pool. Breakfast included fruit, yogurt, cold and hot cereal and waffles among other things. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quite large!

The room had an odd smell like they cleaned the carpet, but didn't allow the room to air out afterward. The hotel is located behind a car lot, so you have to watch for the driveway. It's more like an alley way to the property. Pretty minor drawbacks all in all.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, there were a variety of channels to choose from, the breakfast was hot, ample, and delicious, and the staff was very polite and accommodating. And a bonus was that there is a bar and grill right next door to eat and have a drink without having to get out and drive.

The noise from the people in other rooms was disturbing, and some of the people around there were asking for cigarettes.

Very clean room and hallways. Front desk person very nice. Breakfast was good, two types of make-it-yourself waffles. At least 4 kinds of juice to choose from. Quiet location despite being on a main road. Close to food, gas, groceries

Entrance/driveway is kind of hard to see. I think a small auto dealer is right next door. On the other side I think is a restaurant. The hotel sign is tall, and very visible, but not the driveway.

Dogs on one side of the room and across the hall barked at every thing then the people coming and going all night into the morning with no disregard for any quiet time talking loud and very fast I did manage to get a couple hrs of sleep in. Thanks .put a microwave in the buffet room to soften the cold butter to spread it especially toast just a thought .

Good breakfast with options: eggs, sausage, biscuit, yogurt, waffles, coffee, juice. The outdoor pool was fun and refreshing, outdoor hot tub was nice as well. and had plenty of towels. Room (double queen) was spacious and had a nice set up, it was quiet. Good service and housekeeping. Parking was safe. Walking distance from some restaurants/ cheaper eateries and bars. Staff friendly and helpful!

Wanted to have the fan run without AC during night for fresh air and background noise, couldn't do that.

It's super clean and quiet. There was a gal in the breakfast room who kept everything wiped down, stocked and clean. The hotel lawn was being mowed and lanscaped. It's a well taken care of property. It is older but I love how clean it is. We needed more towels etc, we heard housekeeping outside our door and just asked. They took the dirty ones and the trash and gave us a fresh set. This is my 3rd time staying here. I keep coming back for a reason. Panera, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Dutch Bros, Baskin Robbins, Fred Meyer/gas is all across the street. Drive thru Dominoes a few blocks away on the corner.

Nothing I didn't like.

Hazel Dell location, so it comes with the craziness of the area. The breakfast was good, my favorite was biscuits and gravy, the sausages could've been cooked longer. The kitchenette was cherry on top, making it a home away from home.

Some of the afternoon staff laughed or chuckled at my fiance bringing our belongings into the building, because they weren't in luggages or suitcases, our business is not to be laughed at.

The room was nice and clean. I got in early and didn't think that I'd be able to check in, but the front desk manager got in contact with the room service staff and got my room ready. It was very nice to settle into my room and I felt like the staff went above and beyond.

I was a little bummed because the site had said that the pool was indoor, but it was outdoor and closed for the season.

Room was especially clean. I requested and received a ground floor room. There was a comfortable chair to sit in other than the bed or desk chair. I always appreciate that. I had a package sent to me at the hotel and the management was happy to receive it and bring it to my room. Parking lot was well-lit.

Interestingly, the grab bar for the shower was installed at the wrong end of the tub. If you are going to step out of the tub onto the toilet it would be great. Also, the comfortable chair in the room had a lamp but no side table. No place to set a beverage. Pro tip: Invert one of the garbage cans to make a mini-table. Or use the ironing board. Note: Property has no elevators, at least in the building where I stayed.
