My view was nice over the canal but I did not face the water towards Venice, the room was very nice and in the heat the air conditioning was super. I really liked the breakfast and the staff was fantastic. They were super helpful and very friendly. I was really happy with my stay. Great Client Service!

The property was amazing, more than what I expected with the breathtaking view. I absolutely had a great to time here. The staff were very helpful and they also had a healthy breakfast options. Much recommended.

Great view to lagoon, location easily reachable by 10min walk or Bus "A" from boat station. Excellent breakfast! COOP with food 5 min walk.

The staff is so friendly and speaks english very well The location is so beautiful
The air conditionner was not working at all, eventhough we asked the front desk to fix it but still didn’t work It was too hot in the room When we arrived the room wasn’t so clean, opened and used shampoo were left in the bathroom, the bathtub was filled with water and the drain didn’t work properly
