Location is very convenient a few mins walk from San Marco square, easy to reach main sights like San Marco basilica, Rialto bridge and Doge palace. Place was easy to find with directions given. Love the rooftop terrace with a view of the Venice rooftops. Comfortable room, with Venetian style. Allows you to leave luggage if you arrive early and leave later

First floor seems rather dingy but the room itself is clean. Need to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs to the accoms. The room is compact but price is reasonable for Venice

No lift to the floor, so we had to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs. This is on their website so we were prepared. But it was hard with a baby and pram in tow. Rooms have a slant as buildings are very old in the city, so took a bit of getting used to. Showers did not seem to stay hot. Had issue with the TV, but staff came quickly to help. No breakfast available at the property. Found everything quite expensive nearby, same as most of Europe.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION It's AMAZING!!!! 2 minutes from main attractions. only one downside can be that apartments are situated on the 3rd and 4th floor, and there's no elevator. On the top floor there's a nice terrace with a few tables, so you can sit and enjoy the views. Also, in the morning, there's a coffee machine available to use and some free cookies :) On our arrival the staff was very nice. Be aware that they are working only to 2pm. After this time, there are no-one in the reception, and there's a different process to check in.

Not that I didn't like it, but the floor was so funny !!! Definitely, it was not straight at all. I would say that the floor level was sinusoidal 😆 so you don't need to drink any alcohol, as you may already feel drunk🤭. This didn't bother me at all... as I get it that the building is very old and it that is beauty of old architecture :). The shower was a bit small, but I'm a petite person, so also, I didn't have any issues with it. the shower was not so clean, I have to say... it could be cleaned with bleach or stronger detergent to clean the mould.

Excellent location near both Rialto and the San Marco square so you can easily find a waterbus station to the train station or the airport. There's a sign in the hotel saying Lord Byron used to live in this house from 1816 to 1818, so no wonder this is a very old house with traditional decoration that looks like a room from a novel or a movie. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy your night with family and friends or have coffee in the morning. Also, the staffs are very friendly, they helped a lot!

Although the bathroom is private, it is outside the room. No elevator as this is an old house.

Location was excellent, in close proximity to St. Mark's Square, shopping, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious and well-equipped. It was a pleasure to sit on the terrace and have a coffee. Probably the best coffee I had during my 2 weeks in Croatia. Communication with the facility prior to arrival was very good and we were made to feel very welcome.

We knew we would be sharing a bathroom and, although not ideal, it worked out fine. It was clean and served its purpose.

Angela was very helpful and polite. We received so much information that we did not even expect. Location - 1 min to San Marco Square. There are many places around for souvenirs or to have breakfast. The room really exudes authenticity. Walls are not wallpaper, but textile material. We vacationed with 2 teenagers, so the room is really suitable for traveling with 2 children. Everything is really great. I recommend it.

Perfect location, very kind and helpful staff and very nice terrace. The room and the entire place was very clean. You can leave your luggages before checking in or after checking out which was very helpful.

It would be great if they could provide breakfast, however, there was a nice bar right next to the accommodation that had a nice selection of sandwiches and pastries at very good prices. The accommodation does offer coffee and tea.

The localisation is perfect, just a few minutes away from St Mark's Square. There was a tea/coffee set in the room, which we really appreciated after a long day and a late walk through the city. The bed was big and comfortable. The room was clean, and we had no problem with the shared bathroom. We arrived late, but received detailed information on how to get in.

I had to juggle with the power cords to use the kettle as there were three and all could not fit in at the same time. There were many shampoo bags, but no shower gel (just small soap bars). They are located on 3rd and 4th floor with no elevator, so pack wisely. A small fridge could be useful when it gets warmer.

This hotel is in a great location, just 1-2 min from the main square. Room is big and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. In addition to that my private room also had TV, Fridge, private bathroom and safe box. The room is cleaned everyday so that's great. City view from the terrace is okay. Btw, you can check in even after their check-in time. Just follow the instructions which the hotel will send you after you book a room.

My stay in that hotel was incredible. But, if I still had to be very picky, then, probably, it would be better to have a bigger sign outside of the building to say that the hotel is in the building.

Excellent staff, great location, very good drinks machine and lovely rooftop courtyard to sit in and admire the rooftops of Venice.

The bathroom was described as private external bathroom. The fact that it was a couple of doors down was not an issue, however it did appear to be shared with other guests in next door rooms. The bathroom was kept spotless at all times but obviously at popular times eg before breakfast and before going out in the evening the bathroom was often occupied. This was the only thing that could be improved.
