amazing staff, mr. mwafi and miss francesca were super nice and helpful as possible.. great location which is near to major attractions.. the decor and bed size were perfect.. most importantly, AC was more than perfect ( we even had to turn it down sometimes , so feeling hot is not something to worry about at all! ) .. i would encourage anyone to stay here during their time in venice.

coffee machine didn't work properly , but that is not a big deal as we wanted to take our coffee outside in the many local shops anyways!

This property was in the perfect location. It is a boutique hotel and it is wonderful. The rooms had a mini fridge stocked with soda pop, water (still and sparkling) Bellini's, Beer, Juice - and these items were free and restocked each day. The bed was very comfortable and there was air conditioning. Upon arrival our room was not yet ready. We were able to store our luggage in the small check in office. We went and found a place to have a cocktail and a bit to eat while we waited. Check in is 3pm but our room was ready about 130pm at which time we received a message on WhatsApp that our room was ready. The hotel is off the main walking path which was nice. The building is old but what they did with the room was so cool. It was masculine yet modern and feminine all at the same time.

I don't have anything to add here as to what could have been better. This property met my expectations and so much more. It is a gem!

Great location. Lovely room and it was so easy to relax after the daily activities. Fantastic spacious bathroom with wonderful water pressure. Staff were easy to reach by whatsap so that was super convenient.

We didn't understand the hotel would not have a reception desk. It was what we call.in Australia a Serviced Apartment but it was not an issue. Just unexpected. Signage out front was very subtle so that plus not having a front reception slowed our arrival as we were not sure what the process was. Fortunately some other guests were in the foyer and were able to assist us.

rooms were large and extremely comfortable with modern bath rooms. the free mini bar stocked with Prosecco, Bellinis, water and sparkling water was a nice surprise.

reception had no signage and the man was sitting in what looked like an office and didn’t greet us or come out so we went to all the floors looking for reception to check in.

Great location, steps away from the ferry terminal Santa Maria Giglio in case you need to take the vaporeo. You can always walk around in Venezia but keep in mind that it can be challenging with your luggage, specially if you haven't been there before. The hotel was easy to find and if you arrive late at night you just need to be in touch via message/phone with the staff so they can meet you when you arrive. Facilities are nice and super clean, the room was great! They even leave you complimentary treats in the mini bar! Totally recommend staying at Palazzo Pianca if you're visiting this beautiful city.

above and below rooms were very noisy in the late hours and early hours so struggled to get much sleep. there was some insects flying about the room and both me and my partner were bit quite a lot.

Beautiful rooms and a great location. 5-10 minutes walk to most everything. Mini bar is free.

No breakfast option. Early risers don’t have an opportunity to eat anything at the closest coffee shop is 5 minutes walk and opens at 8am. There is coffee in the room but not a lot of options beyond that.

The location was perfect. Close to everything but yet not as busy as the properties closer to St. Marks Square. The room/suite was fabulous. Decor was amazing. The room was serviced every day with change of towels etc. and top up of any toiletries required. There was a mini-bar provided and tea/coffee making facilities. Beds were comfy in particular the pillows. The hotel arranged our transfers to/from the airport.

When we arrived there was no-one at reception and it took about 10 minutes to make contact with someone by phone to meet us and provide us with keys etc. I read this in advance that reception was closed at 3pm but assumed on check-in day we would be met on arrival, particularly when the hotel arranged our airport transfer. We requested a separate bed in the suite and this was overlooked and not rectified until our second night.

We LOVED this lovely little hotel! It is beautifully designed and the room was so comfortable, clean, spacious - and COOL! Venice was very hot while we were there in July, and it was so wonderful to have a cool room to return to when we needed a break from the heat! The location is great - just across from the Gritti and very close to the Grand Canal with a water taxi station about 100 yards away. Someone is on the property most of the time - to greet you and provide help if you need - and the little room fridge was well-stocked and free of charge, which was a surprising treat. Definitely appreciated all the cold water provided! Great bathroom with elegant, modern fixtures and an awesome shower!

It is a little difficult to find when you arrive - no signage except the doormat. Fortunately, someone was on the lookout for us ushered us in. Once you're in, everything is great! No view from our room, but that was okay as we were out and about most of the time.

Location is perfect, staff is very friendly and there’s an elevator which makes it easier to move luggage.
