Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. The lady that makes the grits needs a raise!! They were outstanding!!

Some of items were very spicey and I wish they'd been indicated as such. I cannot eat spicey foods and got a bad surprise from the burrito!! Ouch!! Also...the coffee area - the garbage can needs to be located at the END of the process, not at the beginning. After adding creamer, sugar, sweetener, etc. we should be able to dump all the paper bits there, not have to go back to the beginning.

Call the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and the fourth floor hallway smelled amazing walking through 

 we would have liked more options for breakfast. There could’ve been bacon or sausage not just hash. There it would’ve been nice to have had cereal options for the kids. Maybe some danishes the toast was kind of still and we only saw everything bagels or sesame bagels, which really wasn’t something that the children would enjoy. Other than that everything was nice.

I loved my suite. the front desk staff was always helpful and genuinely kind all the time! thanks Cheryl for the billboard happenings. my bed was so comfortable. I found the housekeeping staff in the halls singing, they are happy!!! my 80 year old mom breaks out in song, when I wash her up lotion her down, she’s happy. thanks to maintenance fixing the cable so promptly. your staff must be treated well because they are “ happy people” I needed that!! ❤️

please warm up that pool. step up the breakfast bar no dried out turkey Pattie’s. 😊 There was a water leak in my bathroom from the bathroom vent at 4:00a ; but no worries the pretty young lady bought me towels and I went back to sleep with a 12 pm checkout! Because my stay was great, the leak didn’t matter

The staff was amazing, we loved the rooms, the price might of been higher then other hotels but it was definitely worth the money. We had so much planned out for our Anniversary but ended up staying in the room most of the time. It's worth it and we'll definitely be back.

I didn't like the fact that we had to leave, probably would of liked a better view. But it wasn't a deal breaker for us.

Reagan, Brianna, Pam, just to name a few of the staff members that went above and beyond with customer service to make sure my stay was all that and more. Thank you ladies..A lot of the hotel was being remodeled so there were certain areas that couldn't be used. The remodeled rooms are just lovely. There are kitchen appliances, dish wash, pots, pans, bowls, utensils, full size refrigerator, coffee machine, electric stove, etc. The couch in the living room is a full size pull out (ask the front desk for sheets and a cover if you're going to be using it). Clean, clean, and clean. There is also a laundry facility on the 3rd floor, $2 for the machines(pay by card), if you don't like traveling with dirty clothes, like me lol & it's clean. Complimentary breakfast in the morning. There's a variety of foods to choose from for all different eaters. The gym is 24 hours, the pool is from 10am-8pm, there is a tennis court, pool table, lounge areas, a banquet area & a free shuttle to and from the airport.. Overall a great, clean, fun stay. THANKS AGAIN

Didn't have a problem

Room was nice, but small.

I booked this hotel mainly because it had a suite and because of the indoor pool since we came from Michigan to see my grandson for Christmas and were expecting the pool to be open for him, but it was closed 3 out of the 4 days we were there due to pump issues. We were very disappointed in that. He was only able to swim for a couple hours and it was closed again the very next day.

check in was perfect Brianna was very friendly

need new couch it was uncomfortable to sit on the pillows were sinking in when you sit.

Our room was a good size, and it was clean.

Everything was good, I would just recommend having more dishwasher packets than 1, and some dish soap, plus we had to get more towels we booked for 5 people but there were only 3 towels in the room, the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

Good location. Close to local stores and ODU as we were moving in first year college student. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

They adjusted the pool closing time from 10pm to 8pm and we missed the opportunity to use the pool. When we went earlier in the day the pool was temporarily unavailable. The air vents need to be cleaned. Everyone was sneezing and coughing.

The room was nice and clean. I always take a cloth to clean and no dirt showed up. Loved the staff pleasant and friendly 😀

Only thing the tub and shower came on at the same time. And the tub was cover with something because it looked damaged underneath. Mole seen on several dropped ceiling panels in hallway.
