Comfort Inn & Suites Raphine - Lexington near I-81 and I-64

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The room was clean, although it needs some upgrades!..

It smells so bad of smoke! I’m not sure if this place allow smoking in areas but it was overpowering in the hallways! I’m asthmatic so it was a breathing issue for me!

Despite COVID the breakfast was pretty decent, individually wrapped and handed out. The view was good except a lot of trucks on the road that made it a bit noisy. Other than that the hotel is very comfortable and located near a good restaurant and coffee place. Appreciated that it was pet friendly!

The room was reasonably clean except there was dust on the coffee maker and a chips wrapper behind the night stand. I also found what looked like a foam hair roller near the bed.

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms every time I've stayed here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Accessible facilities. Full breakfast bar complete with eggs, breakfast meats, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, etc. Late checkout request accomodated.

Very convenient location and well maintained property. It’s an older building but very quiet and they didn’t charge a pet fee. They had a nice large area for the dog to exercise.

I don’t have any complaints. It’s not new and shiny, but it was very clean and safe.

The breakfast was not very good. The sausages looked awful. The coffee was tepid. You were completely out of plates. The milk machine had good milk. Except you did have bottles of orange juice. That was good

I did not like the tepid coffee. Please have the coffee be hot. You need plates.

Room nice size and conveniently located. Some room service which was better than Hampton Inn which we got none.

Refrigerator did not work well. I had to throw out most of my items due to frozen and then spoiled. Tv was the pits. No instructions and no guide and it kept losing signal. Breakfast was in a bag and…..

Breakfast was great and our room was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the Blue Ridge Mountains just topped it off!

Some of the bathroom fixtures could use some updating.

Location was convenient, was very clean staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like being on the first floor It was a ground floor although they called it the second floor), and there was a baby crying in one of the rooms

The beds were so comfy, staff were so nice and knowledgeable, and the bag and go breakfast was perfect!

Not one issue. I had a problem with my room payment and the clerk worked with the bank to correct it in minutes. Even my issue was so well handled.
