It looks like there have been lots of upgrades and the facilities were well kept and clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was well stocked with a good variety for a continental breakfast.

The bathroom definitely could use a facelift. The toilet seat had some black marks on it, even though it was clean. The shower also looks like it could be replaced. Just wear and tear from high volume use of a hotel.

Employee services was excellent. Everyone I was in contact with was friendly and extremely helpful.

Breakfast wasn't great. More variety (flavored coffee creamers)and different items (different flavor bagels)each day would really improve the whole experience

Housekeeping didn't speak English and used for communication app but still didn't understand well. Stayed 3 days and didn't come into room to clean. He had head phones and talked on his cell phone. We put trash and dirty linen outside of door for pick up.

Easy check in. Yummy breakfast. Convenient parking. Abundant carts to help carry in luggage Room was clean and comfortable Heater was accurate and efficient Friendly staff Breakfast buffet was clean and well maintained

The reception gentleman was very friendly. His name is Peter. Greeted with a smile and very helpful.

I think the breakfast could of been better besides sausage and eggs every day. No biggie just a suggestion.

One of the nights, it was noisy throughout the night until after 3am. But final night was much better as far as the noise issue..

Everything over all was pretty good. & checking out was quick.

What I didn’t like was how they have the bagged breakfast due to covid , the lady who checked me in the night before , knew there was 2 adults and 2 kids .. says so when I booked the room as well.. when I went to grab the bagged breakfast , she tried only giving me 2 because “ that’s what the room says “ .. which I have no idea why or how .

I enjoyed swimming in the pool, and the overall value was good. I will stay there again.

Breakfast was frugal, but you don't stay in a Comfort Inn for the food.

I was not happy that I couldn't close the drapes. There were very bright lights shining in our room all night long. I had to cover my face with a small towel. I prefer a dark room.
