When we arrived on July 3rd the front desk agents could not find our reservations. They said it was most likely because we booked through a 3rd party agent. They were quick to find us the same type of suite we had previously booked.

1.) The rug on the floor was wet. My guess was they didn't plan on using the room so soon but because they could not find our reservation (we did have a confirmation from Bookings.com) they put us in this room with the wet rug. 2.) The bed was very uncomfortable 3.) When I asked the front desk for a small fan for the room, they sent up a large box fan that was held together with tape.

Our room/bathroom were exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. Front desk agent was friendly checking us in. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport. We had to be at Logan at 6:30am and didn't want to have to worry about the traffic. We also chose this hotel because of the 24/7 free airport shuttle. And hotel is a convenient 5-minute walk through the park to the Blue Line.

Shuttle driver had no personality. It was only about a 5-7 minute ride to the airport and he didn't ask anyone what airline they were going to until he pulled up to the airport. He barely addressed the passengers, and when he did, you could hardly hear him. Regarding our room, it is called a King Suite, but was quite small. Even if it wasn't a "suite" we thought it was a little small for a standard guest room. Only one side of the bed had a nightstand because you couldn't fit one on the other side.

Breakfast was a good selection, although the variety pretty much stayed the same during our 6 night stay. Pool was OK, including the spa. The shuttle service between the Blue Line Subway Station and the airport were exceptional. It saved us a lot of time and expense, although it is apparently a short 8 - 10 minute walk to the Subway terminal.

Our room was close to the elevator. They also allowed pets that went on a barking frenzy early in the morning. Also, since St. Patrick's Day was being celebrated the entire weekend, there was a great deal of loud conversations outside our room between midnight and 2 AM. Apparently, Massachusetts doesn't allow complimentary adult beverages, so the hotel no-host evening reception did not provide any adult drinks, although they could be purchased.

The room was spacious and comfortable for our needs. Our children loved the little gifts they got in the lobby.

We were unable to make use of the shuttle because of the infrequency and high demand. They really need to add a second shuttle during the busy times, particularly in the morning. The whole point of staying so close to the airport is so that when you have an early morning flight you are not having wake up an ungodly hour, particularly with children. We would have to have left the hotel hours before our flight just to take the shuttle. We ended up taking an Uber.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to make my stay extraordinary. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I cannot recommend it enough. The Embassy Hotel's commitment to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction I had with the staff. The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care they exhibited was truly remarkable. From the front desk personnel to the concierge team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and they were always ready to assist with a friendly demeanor. The rooms at the Embassy Hotel were nothing short of luxurious. From the moment I opened the door, I was welcomed by a beautifully appointed space that exuded elegance and comfort. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the plush bedding to the tasteful decor. The room was meticulously clean, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The complimentary Wi-Fi, well-stocked minibar, and spacious work area were thoughtful touches that added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay.

I loved the staff and how accommodating everyone was along with the valet. Everyone was great.

The only thing that I did not like was that the pool was not monitored at all. Kids were running, jumping in and out of the pool, splashing other kids (guests) and felt the chemicals in there were really hard on the eyes. Somebody should monitor that pool once In a while. We were there for over an hour and didn't see anyone come and check. There were little kids in the hot tub and I know that's not really allowed but there was nobody in there to stop them. We left as our eyes were burning from the chemicals in the air, as I stated above. Other than that, Everything else was amazing.

Breakfast included in price and good offering although the food kept running out.

Booked a room for 4 but when we arrived there was just one bed. Called the lobby and he said he'd call back but never did and we arrived really late. So called back to be told that we needed to open the sofa bed, normally these are set in advance if the booking is for 4! The reception was really rude and unhelpful. Also the closet only had one pillow and blanket for the two people sleeping on sofa bed... it was bit uncomfortable as the springs ere poking and one sand into the mattress. Otherwise I liked the toiletries and the shower had a good pressure. I was also a bit shocked that a bottle of water was 8USD, I´ve never seen this kind of price even in 5 star hotels in more expensive locations...

A single person was handling a significant surge of check-ins as well as answering phone calls from not only new reservations but also all front desk calls. It was cruel and unusual treatment of Hilton's employees, and those tired travelers who just wanted to check-in and get to bed. SHAME on HILTON for gross negligence in under-staffing.

My mother died the week before a Christmas in MA, so we found ourselves flying home Christmas Eve. We have stayed at this hotel before, but this visit was extended because of airline cancellations. I had mentioned this when checking in and the next day I was given a little gift box with a sympathy card. It was so kind. We were actually at the hotel over a week. Everyone who works at the hotel is super nice, the food at the restaurant is good, and the Starbucks coffee was nice every morning. The Breakfast is super good, and their light fare in the evening was a nice treat. I also found the price to be fair. Since we were at the hotel so long, we could walk less than 10 minutes away to the train, and then the main Boston stops were 10 minutes (to the Old State House).

The only complaint I have is that a Hilton holiday representative accosted is during our first dinner in the hotel. I tried to explain we were in the area for a death, and didn’t feel like discussing future vacations. The representative was also able to pull up our info on his iPad, which made me very uncomfortable from a safety standpoint, considering I am guessing he doesn’t actually work for the hotel. about five days later, here comes another rep trying to interrupt our dinner. I firmly said no thank you, but feel like I shouldn’t have to fight off solicitors when trying to enjoy my meals at a hotel restaurant. Not the end of the world, but annoying.

We stayed at Embassy mainly because of the 24 hour airport shuttle because we had a very early flight. Shuttle was simple and dependable. We really enjoyed the hotel and had a wonderful dinner. Our server, Romica, was wonderful and went above and beyond for us. Our suite was lovely and exceeded our expectations. We were initially concerned about plane noise due to the proximity to the airport, but we literally never heard one plane while we were inside the hotel.
