The Staff was excellent and really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Ongoing renovations but the staff were so nice and apologetic that I didn’t worry about it. We didn’t get to have breakfast there because of a youth baseball tournament in the area and the other guests basically ate everything in site before 8:00. Not the hotel’s fault. Selfish guests!

The size of room and the staff member who checked us in the first evening. She was very personable unlike the front desk agents after the first night.

The staff member at front desk our 2nd and 3rd day there. Very rude and on cell phone with personal phone call based on the conversation we could clearly hear. We asked for fresh towels and she was very snippy with my partner. Mind you will never asked for room to be cleaned took out our trash and left the room in great condition when we left.

The staff were outstanding and the rooms were well maintained and clean.

The other guest were disruptive surrounding my room. There were guest who set a table outside their room with drinks and hookah disrupting the other guest who also paid to be there. This should have never been allowed.

The room was very clean, breakfast was good, pool nice.. bed was horrible. Clean but super uncomfortable. Felt like a stuff styrofoam mattress. Even after long day still had hard time sleeping. But the place was immaculate and could even smell cleaning products in both lobby and room.

The staff was very accommodating since we booked and checked in late due to issues with our previous hotel. Very clean and nice rooms totally worth staying here! Even though they are remodeling the place still smells fresh and clean.

Bagged breakfast but it was understandable as they are in the middle of a remodel.

I don't understand why this motel is so underrated. Have stayed numerous times. Always spotlessly clean with several decorative tou he's. Best heating & plumbing & breakfast of any motel that have booked trough booking.com- Staff friendly & competant!

parking lot flooded terribly in sections due to the rain. The staff was working diligently to address issues caused by the storm. vending machines need technical assistance so that electronic payment option is available.

Great location though traffic can be a bit hectic at times, very helpful and informative staff. Facilities are clean and housekeeping is upon request and they do a great job as well.

Breakfast was great. I had my 10 year old granddaughter stay with me and she was quite pleased with the selection of foods that was offered. She is a very picky eater so that was definitely a bonus!!

There seemed to be some slight renovations going on or some that had not been completed well. There were also some times that the gates and codes seem to be having some trouble working properly.

This location was a motel, clean with friendly and supportive staff.

Just not a fan of motels. A bit more noise outside than a hotel. However, was clean and comfortable with gated parking, exercise room and a very good breakfast. Motel was convenient to the Wicomico Civic Center
