The location was great. Hotel is in the heart of things but without any outside noise. The breakfast is very, very superb.

One thing I can say is that they have a Canada Geese problem. The geese themselves were fine but their droppings in the parking lot and sidewalks and near exits are horrible to dodge. It would be a full-time job just for someone to constantly clean up after them. I like a firm pillow. They provide both. Each are labeled. The firm pillows provided are just flat and thin and provide zero support. I believe they need to replace the firm pillows with thicker firm ones.

On arrival found out reservations hadn't been received. I did have confirmation number and all. Can't remember the name of the guy who checked us in. He did find us a room. The one we had reserved wasn't available. It worked out fine. It was very clean. The staff, housekeeping and the breakfast crew were very nice.

We left an item in our room. We called and returned for it. It had been turned in by the housekeeping staff. Honesty is much appreciated. Very clean!!!

Maybe a few more breakfast items available would be nice…waffle/pancake maker and switch up the meats offered each day.

The woman at breakfast was awesome, great customer service and sweet. The actual breakfast was good also. The two front desk women were knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The grounds were clean and well maintained

There was really nothing I didn’t like.

The bed were very comfortable the room was big and had 2 comfy chairs in the room. Which is rare so either myself or my husband has to sit on a bed when relaxing in our room. Thanks for having 2 in the room.

The water pressure could have been stronger.

The location was great... There was a Walmart and several restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel... The room was very modern and update to date... This most be a fairly new hotel. The staff was very polite, professional and friendly... They made us feel welcomed.

it was clean and the employee were continuously cleaning and it smelled great.!!! During Breakfast the made sure the food was covered. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The suite was large. Great place!!!. I don’t care for hotels bt the basketball wanted everyone to stay. I was really pleased!!! 5 STARS

Breakfast was very good lots of choices, location was good. Swimming pool was nice. Check in was easy staff at front desk nice with the exception of guy at check out a bit rude when asked a question.

Shelf on bottom of sink area hadn't been dusted didn't appear ever.

Spent a pleasant week in Monroe with family. The hotel was perfect for us. The breakfast was great.

Nothing! Every one and the hotel was more than we expected.

The facility was clean and service was excellent. The bfast was fulfilling and the 2 ladies that worked in the area were excellent kept everything cleaned and replaced what was needed
