The property was able to accommodate our requests (high floor room with view, 2 queen bed room). The room was clean, no smells and it was comfortable. No complaints whatsoever on the rooms themselves.

Choices for breakfast could have been better and our first night, for whatever reason, one of the elevators was so noticeably stinky! The elevator was cleaned the next day but how did that smell stuck there for the rest of the night? Also, the daily parking fee and the expensive coffee/tea add to the bill. The guy who checked us in at our check-in night seemed so slow, we waited longer than what could be deemed usual or acceptable for our check-in process to be completed.

The serving staff at breakfast was exceptional. I forget our server's name, but she had teal and purple hair. She was very friendly, accommodating, and went out of her way to create a welcoming dining experience for our family

Loved the pool but they were out of towels. Promised to bring some but they never did. When my partner inquired was told that they were in dryer and would take another 30 minutes, this was 45 minutes after they told me they would send some right away. Not a big deal, but better communication would have been nice Accessibility of plugs in the room could have been better for charging multiple devices

The room was a good size for two friend and a small dog. Friendly staff and nice amenities: pool, Starbuck’s, bar and restaurant. Easy parking.

Our patio was very dirty. It looked it had been ignored for months. This is NOT the hotel’s fault but there was a large group of pre-teen boys and their parents by the pool. The boys were jumping and diving into pool (so dangerous) but the parents did nothing in the way of supervision. It’s now 9:15 pm and they’re still going strong (very loud). I feel bad for other guests and hotel staff.

the 15.00 breakfast vouchers were very generous and the selection of breakfast items was fabulous. I loved the pillows and would love to purchase some for my home. The accommodations in the room were appreciated, good size refrigerator, nice to have a microwave and coffee maker. Finally, the guest bathroom items were top shelf.

The shower is all wrong. You have to step into the shower to turn it on which means you get blasted with cold water. The grab bar is not in the correct place, if someone is going to need to balance it will be during the shower, so the bar should be centered in the shower stall, and the floor of the shower is exceptionally slippery. I had to ask for a shower mat.

It was a good vibe and swanky decor, very open feel to the hotel, we liked that. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Room was adequate, comfortable and clean. The people who work there seem very busy and could use a few extra team members. You may lose good hard working people if you burn them out. Everyone we came in contact with was very kind and friendly. We'd come back and stay again. Would be fun if you had a family gathering and all stayed there.

Would skip the breakfast voucher next time we stay. Pool could've been a few degrees warmer.

We contacted the hotel by email and called several times wanting to set up an event at one of the rooms there but no one ever got back to me And we tried doing this for two months before we came we told them we were staying eight days at the hotel and that we wanted to do that for the convenience But we actually had book signing events around Oregon for my husband‘s new book - we ended up having to do other things because no one ever got back to us we thought that was really poor service considering And we called at least three times and were told somebody would call us back I believe I sent at least two messages one on the website and one email

room was comfortable, quite sufficient; breakfast was terrific - each meal cooked to order, wait staff - especially Scott and the weekend staffers as well - were interested to be sure to get each order right, offered suggestions, asked how it was once it had arrived and we'd started eating - top rate - A#1. All staff was helpful and welcoming. Location was great.

We had a 1 bedroom corner unit with a little balcony - very quiet.

The bathroom was VERY small - toilet was crammed in with the shower - hard to even open the door. There was NO room to put any toiletries - no drawers, no shelves - the only space was right around the sink. A cabinet could easily be added to give the guest somewhere to put things away.

I liked the hotel overall and it met our needs (as it has in the past). Easy location right off the freeway. They were a bit short staffed, so the staff was working very hard -- some felt like they were doing double duty even.

Unfortunately this visit was wonky regarding housekeeping -- our room never was cleaned even though we asked for it to be. I was able to get fresh towels and such, but I had to go down to the lobby to get them...

Location is good. It's near restaurants and near the highway. Grounds are clean and the neighborhood feels fairly kept up and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Room size felt cramped. Might be the furniture or the angle of the room but it felt crowded with 2 people and the furniture and suitcases. Standard room size here feels smaller than standard. Room was clean.
