I was expecting a queen room with two beds. When I received a room with only one bed, they were quickly able to upgrade me (for a slightly higher price.) The motel was older than I was expecting, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of variety at breakfast - eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, and more. We enjoyed it. It was a pleasant surprise that the pool was heated. It was great that it was open until midnight! The computer in the front office was helpful for some work I needed to do. It was the best location ever for what we needed - right next to UO.

A lower price would have been better. It still seems like a lot to pay for a one night stay. I wish the pool would have been open earlier, like the work out room. It would have been helpful if the front desk clerk had told me where the pool was, and what the hours were for breakfast and the pool. But it wasn't a big deal. We figured it out.

while it doesn't look like much from the outside, our room was very, very clean, beds were comfortable. I like rooms that have laminate flooring rather than carpet. The room was a bit tiny - little room to walk between beds and TV/furniture but it was just for the night. Nice we could have our small dog with us. We booked it because it was only 8 miles from the airport but it was a long 8 miles through a lot of stop lights. Would probably try to book closer to airport if we needed to stay in Eugene again for that purpose.

The bathroom had a tiny bit of a musty smell...could be the shower curtain? Looked very clean.

The first floor had a balcony as described to see the nearby neighbors "ducks" The room was spacious and clean with accessible parking. Great amenities with the spa and pool being very clean. Breakfast in a brown bag was provided at front desk each morning. Even added an additional day for our time.

Housekeeping was overworked some family members that wanted to check in had to wait 2 additional hours since housekeeping was still cleaning rooms from previous check outs in the day. If they had an envelope to tip housekeeping id utilize it. The tv was a little sketch as my grandparents stayed in a room and struggled to find local tv channels. I even attempted to search for Netflix which was not an option for the tv.

The room was clean and comfortable. The ceiling followed the roof and was higher than standard over most of the room, which gave the room an open feel.

We found nothing to complain about in the room. But we were so not impressed with the breakfast the last time we stayed (when Gabriel Iglesius was at the Matthew Wright Auditorium) that we didn't bother to look at it this time.

Front desk guy was friendly and helpful. Later in the day our key wouldn’t open the door and the woman front desk help nicely walked over to help us open it. The woman who comes on to cook breakfast was friendly when we arrived at 5:30 in the morning and next day asked us how we were

Price was higher than expected because of some function at the university across the street we didn’t know about. $250 seems a lot for a room but we were desperate and needed a place to sleep after being up all night.

The breakfast was amazing. 3 of the housekeepers were great! Jessica, Tina, and a dark haired skinny tall girl. The maintenance man went above and beyond for us when our toddler locked us out of the bathroom and when we had extra trash due to lots of kids LoL

Would be cooler if the “family room” had a bathtub. Most kids need a bathtub so without that I wouldn’t call it the family room. WiFi down stairs was spotty.

Breakfast was still available as of 11/27/21, and consists of eggs, potatoes, a protein, some store-bought baked goods and more. They also had an automatic pancake maker that was good but occasionally needs to be refilled. Coffee, hot chocolate, orange and apple juice were all available to drink.

Each room has its own TV capable of linking up to devices by default, and there didn't seem to be much preventing interaction with other people's TVs. Ours would occasionally seem to turn on by its own, and one time someone's personal laptop connected to it. There are no provided instructions on how to connect to the TV in your room in particular, so I think whoever owned that laptop just faced the same difficulty I encountered trying to connect rather than attempting something malicious. But still, the door remains open to people who could use something like that with bad intentions and don't mind working their mischief on random targets. I'd ask the front desk what can be done about that if that sounds like a big problem to you.

Was given the type of room request, and offered a good breakfast.

When we called to make a reservation we were routed to someone off site, we were quoted a price over $100 over quoted price online. We booked on line to get the correct price. When we checked in the on site staff cleared up the conflict.

The breakfast facility, pool and gym looked newly remodeled. Personal and vehicle safety was never in doubt. The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Not a noisy area. Can walk to restaurants, pizza, Hirons and grocery store. The University is across the street.

The hotels/ motels around university of Oregon are overpriced paying more for convenience of location than quality of hotel room. Older motel rooms so thinner walls.

We booked a standard Queen then upgraded to a Superior room but when we got there they hadn’t received the upgrade from Booking.com and were unable to provide the Superior room. But our standard was perfect, it was out of the way quiet and comfortable. Will definitely use Best Western again.

The carpet in the room was brown and looked dirty and unkept. The maid never visited the room or renewed items throughout our weeks stay there.
