The location is perfect for easy access to shops and downtown activities. The rooms are comfortable. Parking is easy. The staff are outstanding , always friendly and helpful. Just an excellent place to stay while in Spokane.

Breakfast is a little blah as are dinner options at the Courtyard. I usually plan to eat elsewhere.

Breakfast sandwich was really good (lots of scrambled eggs and bacon on a bun). Breakfast was near the lobby.

Toilets should be chair height for old folks like me.

Rooms were well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and funny. They have Starbucks available in the Bistro! One the first floor, the deck and courtyard provided foe a great place to hang out.

For the cost I was disappointed that breakfast was not included and that the coffee in the room was not better.

Hotel is a bit old but room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Location was good, a few minutes walk to downtown via the river so a nice walk.

The bistro is more like a small food counter with very limited options. The shower was old and rusty and needed repair.

Starbucks was amazing. Pool was great. Loved the room had a balcony. Great hotel within walking distance to Bloomsday.

The pool closed at 10 instead of being 24hrs like other hotels around spokane. Pillows were too squishy, prefer firm pillows or at least a hard bed roll for thoe who have to sleep with an incline lile myself. Starbucks diddnt have cake pops or nitro brew...

Staff was great. On-site restaurant was good. Pool was clean.

It would be very convenient if there were microwaves in the rooms. Free breakfast would also be nice considering the cost of staying there.

Very nice hotel close to the city center just a quarter of mile from the main enterance to the conference center

The staff were very helpful and attentive and the rooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were also very nice.

Only wish they had a continental breakfast - but I’m spoiled.

Excellent service from staff always ready to help with recommendations, making the stay comfortable. Pleasant lounge, free parking, walkable to downtown on pleasant riverside path. Nice to have a little balcony for fresh air.

Careful parking under the pines. Not sure if it's an issue all year long, but they're dripping little sap droplets onto your car. Carpets are dingy and could use replacing.

Very friendly staff. Great bistro bar and great location overlooking the river. Very good value overall.

Wished that the bathroom had a wall switch to turn on the ceiling fan. If there was one we did not find one.
