The location is good, although the closure of Temple Square has taken away a lot of its advantages.

Parking is an extra ten dollars a night. Even in Downtown, I find this unacceptable. We are already guests of the hotel and it costs extra for parking?

Everything went pretty well. I would rate this stay at 9.5 out of 10 only because there was a charge per night for the parking, though they did provide a parking pass. Also, the water pressure in the shower was quite low. But the overall was so amazing. The service was great!! The breakfast you had to pay for, but the breakfast burritos and doughnuts and fixings were amazing as well. The location was so convenient and close to everything. The staff were so nice and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here again as I will definitely stay here again. So close to the train, (right across the street), and all of the main tourist attractions are within 10-15 minutes walking or you can easily take a train or one of the tourist scooters. Great stay!!

Very minor but the paid parking per night was a bit high. And the water pressure of the showers were pretty low. Other than that, I think everything else was quite amazing.

Location was excellent. We used the light rail connection to and from the airport which was exceptionally convenient.

The only thing we were disappointed about was the fact that no type of breakfast was available at or near the hotel.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. No breakfast was included but there was a shop at the reception area. They were polite when asking for directions and asking to store my suitcase. The location was excellent, right in downtown and close to touristic spots.

I left a face cream in the restroom and reached out to the hotel through Booking messaging for the possibility of them having found it. Since I knew I would be back in Salt Lake City after one week, I knew I would be able to pick it up if they found it. However, I received no answer. Even if they didn't find it, it would have been nice to receive any kind of answer and acknowledgment of my message.

Excellent location downtown, with stop on Green Line from airport directly across the street. Makes getting around the city very convenient if you’re without a car. Very nice rooms both times we’ve stayed, especially the King room on this trip. Plus, bin for recyclables right by the elevator is a nice plus in our book. And hooks on the bathroom door, which are getting hard to find! There is also a pleasant outdoor pool area — ask about it at check-in.

No exhaust fan in bathroom so it gets pretty steamy.

Location was walking distance from Salt Palace convention center. Rooms were comfortable and large. The room rate was quite attractive compared to other convention hotels. Right in front of light rail station also. Staff was professional. Really liked the small convenience store in the lobby and the manager was super friendly, and helpful. Overall, I spent hundreds of dollars less than if I stayed at Hyatt or Marriott which would have been more convenient and more upscale, but this was quite close and more than acceptable.

The hotel is a bit on the older side, could do with a bit of face lift in the lobby, and better lighting in the corridors to brighten it up a little bit. Limited breakfast choices, available at a small fee.

Very pleasant welkome by receptionist Jessica. Parking right next door with a direct connection with the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was more than perfect. Next to the Temple and The Mormonen Library and downtown. Nice view of the city and the surrounding mountains.

Tram and traffic in the street was not a problem at all but there is a metal plate in the road and when a car drives over it you here a 'bump'. But it was not annoying tot us. At night there is hardly any trafic.

it’s proximity to temple square and downtown was exceptional at the rate we paid. otherwise it isn’t an outstanding property. reviews suggested it needs updating and that’s true to be competitive in today’s market.

Nothing is wrong with the property. the staff we encountered were somewhat brusque but others were especially accommodating. there was an ongoing wet spot in an alcove of our room. there were hairs, oddly enough, on the ceiling of the bathroom. the windows really needed cleaning! the restaurant had closed down so no breakfast was included.

1. Beautiful iconic views from the hotel. 2. The hotel is in the middle of everything. You are able to walk and complete every landmark photo spot in less than 1 hour. For example; Salt Lake temple, Church, Capital, etc. 3. Near the SLC airport. 4. Free coffee 24 hours. 5. Good prices

1. Unfortunately, my room(904) got stinky smells. I'm not sure others will have or not. First, it is not too bad, so I don't have a plan to change the room, but after staying longer, the smell continues to be stronger.

We were in SLC to visit family and go the SLC Bees baseball game. The Trax train station is in front of the hotel, for $5 round trip we stepped on the train, 20 mins later we're at the ball park. Our room was clean and well furnished, came with coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator.

$10/day to park our car, we're already guests paying premium money, I think 1 parking space could be included. Our son drove and parked to join us for the baseball game, $10 for him to park there as well is totally fair, not mad about that. No restaurant in the hotel was a bit of a bummer, but there are plenty of options within close walking distance (just not on Sunday).
