Staff very helpful and accommodating

If you are a light sleeper be careful of being on floors 1 and 2 on days they have their clubs. We couldn’t sleep until the hotel clubs finished with the noise. Unless you like that sort of thing until 3pm!!

Sweet and helpful staff , especially from front desk female staff (black hair ) , and another staff named Ganga , they made our staying with convinces and warm welcoming. Perfect location for 3 mins walking from metro station, 20 seconds to nearby supermarket. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves the easier way to travel !

The room exceeded my expectations in every way. It was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable. It offered convenient access to key attractions and local hotspots. The breakfast offerings were a delightful surprise. The variety of options catered to different tastes, and the quality of the food was outstanding.

While basking in the overall awesomeness of Holiday Int'l Hotel, I did secretly wish for a magical teleportation service to avoid those few steps from the elevator to my room. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise enchanting stay :)

My stay in this hotel in the 1st week to 2nd week of January 2024 was enjoyable... I booked regular room in this hotel, but on booking date I reached early at 7.00 a.m. in the morning and check-in was at 3.00 p.m. I requested reception staff to give me check in early as I was ready to pay extra bucks, but they maintained that no room is available, but at 12 noon they give me check-in, but what a surprise Ms.Kimberly upgraded my regular room booking to executive suite @ no extra bucks.... breakfast (Indian+continental) was good, i liked their masala tea... staff was co-operative and helpful Ms. Kimberly, Ganaga helped me.... on last day when I checked out at 12 noon, my flight was in the evening and I wanted to go for sightseeing, Mr.Ganga Kept my luggage in the hotel safely which I collected later....

Good location, 3-5 min from metro. Different choice for breakfast from day to day. The two female asian staff at breakfast, are a delight, hard working, friendly with a smile. Lifeguard at pool is very serviceminded, with a bit of humor, nice. Had a free udgrade to a bigger room, thank you. Over all, I like my stay, and I would considere stay again

Check in was slow. I dont understand why the hotel, was playing music (sometimes with fairly high sound) in the hallway. Makes no sence, and if you are light sleeper, youre not going to sleep. In the breakfast area, also music sometimes, why?

I stayed at the Holiday International Inn Embassy District Hotel for five nights with my mother while I had a visa interview at the Dubai U.S. Consulate. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from the consulate and the Burjuman metro station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had some issues with my money transfer during check-in, but Miss. Kimberly and Mr. Jacob were patient and supportive. After an incident in my room on the second day, the duty manager Aubery Cruz upgraded my room and accommodated all my requests. She made my stay much more enjoyable.

Our main concern was the limited availability of the recharging service. We assumed that it would be provided for both guests in the room, but we learned that it was only for one guest per room. We had to ask for additional recharging every day, which was inconvenient. There are two things that I want to point out that may affect your experience depending on your preferences. The breakfast buffet is mostly composed of Indian dishes. They were tasty, but if you don’t like Indian food, you may have a hard time finding something to eat at the hotel. The other thing is that there is loud music playing from 10 pm to 3 am every night. If you are not a light sleeper, this may not bother you.

Their exceptional service truly made my stay memorable. From the moment I checked in, Umair warm welcome and attention to detail set the tone for a fantastic stay. He ensured that all my preferences were met and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. His professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated. Aubery, the other duty manager, was equally remarkable. She was always available to assist with any questions or requests I had during my stay. Her dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in her prompt and efficient responses to my inquiries. Together, Aubery and Umair created a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout my stay. Their commitment to excellence reflects positively on the hotel, and I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for its comfortable accommodations but also for the exceptional staff like Aubery and Umair who make it a top-notch destination.
