Residence Inn by Marriott Mont Tremblant Manoir Labelle

Excellent stay right in the Tremblant pedestrian village. Close to many restaurants and bars, along with the gondola. We loved having a wood-burning fireplace, comfy beds and a kitchenette in our room which elevated our stay. Staff were helpful and breakfast was excellent. We loved the hot tubs after a day of skiing/snowshoeing.

We had a bit of confusion around housekeeping, we had requested our room be cleaned per the schedule (every 2 days) but it did not happen. Would suggest better systems to ensure that all rooms that are due to be cleaned are cleaned.

we had to turn the heating off and the room was still too warm bring a shoehorn for the carpark if you own anything bigger than a medium car breakfast was very ordinary for this style of hotel and where it is, a reasonable selection of warm ( not hot) food, and croissants are supposed to be light fluffy and crispy not mass store bought croissant bread blobs!!

Diane's exceptional customer service was the highlight of the trip. She was flexible with our requests and had alternative suggestions if the hotel was not able to provide us with such request.

That we were not told the pool was closed. They did have an alternative for having the hot tub and kiddie pool open. Otherwise, everything was great! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good and had parking for our car.

We arrived early and our room was ready. Bonus for us! Delicious breakfast included every morning. Reception people were always available to answer our questions and were very helpful. This is probably my fifth visit here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's so handy having a suite when you are a group of four women. We will be back for sure.

We loved everything. Next time we will bring out bathing suits for the jacuzzi.

Breakfast was takeout only due to COVID restriction but there were several options to choose from, in general, was better than I expected. The staff was friendly, had some issue with the heater in my room, immediately switched the room, no problem.

No ski-out from the hotel, but Cabriolet lift was a few steps, and also from the skiing area there is a pist going directly to the hotel, so on the way back, you can ski to the hotel. So no real issues with that.

New hot tabs are amazing and are a great solution to the old small ones.

As it's not our first experience with this hotel, we were not happy with the all-day coffee/tea service - it used to be a great advantage to have a cup of tea/coffee during the daytime. There was no hot chocolate for the kids either.

Breakfast didn't meet my expectation. Not sure if it was due to COVID. I stayed at Residence Inn close to Montreal Airport last year before COVID and breakfast was buffet with many varieties to pick from. It was eat as much as you can. However, it was a completely different experience at Mont-Tremblant, you have to pick one out of three meal packs. The 3 options are probably suitable for kids and not adults in my own opinion. Also, there was free dinner at Residence Inn close to Montreal Airport every Wednesday or Thursday I think. This was not offered at Mont-Tremblant.

Overall the hotel was good!! Location was super, staff friendly and accommodating and hotel clean but it is an older property and showing its age. It is in need of a refresh...big time!! The faucet in the bathtub looked like it had been pieced together and hard to turn. Coffee maker didn't work and considering the breakfast selections (which I would rate poor) was needed. There was big chunks of plaster out of the wall...again the hotel needs to be refurbished! Not sure why restaurants onsite were not open . I understand covid but I am sure even with the restrictions things could be put in place to accommodate guests better than the dismal breakfast offerings they had in place.

Room is clean, comfortable and of good size.

Additional car park charges. Should provide King bed instead of Double. The gym is ill-equipped. No weights, just a couple of treadmills. Electric Kettle and tea bags need to be requested separately.
