The breakfast was not only very good; in contrast to many hotels, the breakfast buffet is in a nice high-ceiling room in an old building, giving a much better breakfast experience than most hotels. Excellent location 2 min walking distance to beatiful central square. Overall a good experience

I did not manage to heat the room. It was October and a bit chilly in the night. I understood I was supposed to use the air conditioning for heating. I could not figure out how to do it. It seemed not to work and the reception was not very helpful. Not sure whether it was just me... However, otherwise the staff was very friendly! And I managed finally to sleep without heating. To be on the safe side I would not book it in winter. Otherwise everything was perfect though.

delicious breakfast with good variety of healthy products, very comfortable bed, wonderful location. If you travel by car, note that the parking sign for Art hotel is a bit prior to the Hotel sing. THis is a one way street so if you pass it, you will need to go fro another circle, so watch out for the Parking Sign vs Hotel sign.

everything was great. I would add more cosmetics though (like shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion)

The location is perfect, the room was very big, with a big bed and big bathroom. The room offers nice facilities (Nespresso coffee machine, minifridge). Everything was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The wifi worked perfectly. The breakfast offers a great variety everyday. The parking was a plus. We asked for a quiet room and we received one with a view towards the inned garden.

Very comfortable and good size bedroom with very clean modern bathroom all located in a lovely old building in a central location. We had booked a standard double room which came with a shower but when I requested a room with a bath, I was given the next grade of room at no extra cost. We didn't have breakfast but the dining room looked smart and cosy.

The hotel offered a pillow service with a large menu of pillows but when we ordered two, they were tiny. Not sure what the purpose was.

The Art hotel is an excellent location. A building with charm and great for a city break. The staff were so helpful from the Reception giving us directions and recommendations for places to see in the city. The food from the menu in the restaurant was excellent, staff are very attentive and offer a great service. Nice quiet and comfortable rooms. Would thoroughly recommended this hotel and would certainly visit again.

The location is brilliant.

I had a problem with my credit card which was cancelled due to fraud. The hotel warned me that my reservation would be cancelled. I emailed them and told them I wanted to pay with my new card. I had an email back saying not to worry booking.com had taken the payment! I wasn't sure so stayed the night of 7th August in a different hotel and booked the Art Hotel for the 8th.When I arrived I was asked to pay so I presume booking.com had not taken payment. I am still checking to make sure you haven't! Very odd.

Location. Cleanliness. Good quality white towels and super-white linen. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Nothing really to dislike. Although the property’s location is fantastic at the same time the weekend crowds at the old town, at nearby restaurants and cafes are very noisy until the wee hours and the noise carries on to the rooms at night. It is understandable the hotel does not control what happens on the pavements outside but be aware of it if you plan to sleep well.

The staff are well trained & most professional, especially at Reception. (Jakub, Anastasia, Magdalena, Dorota, Anjelina & others who were all fabulous) The intimacy of the property struck me - the historic detail left an impression. Breakfast was lovely with a diverse offering for all guests. Having come from the hotel business, I recognized the communication among staff was excellent. This is most important. Any requests I had were managed with a sense of urgency.

While all guestrooms are different, and I certainly appreciate that, it is important for the rooms to be practical to serve guest needs - space for clothing, in all guestrooms, as an example. Perhaps touch ups in the rooms with regard to woodwork or paint, where needed.

I was passing through Wroclaw for work. Heard it was a really nice town so I decided to stay for a night. Art Hotel was recommended to me by a colleague and it was a great place. It is an old style building. The rooms are nice and tidy. Everything is clean. They have a pillow menu! Some of the best pillows I have seen in a hotel so far. The entire town has a lot of history. You should walk around and try to find all the gnomes around the city.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and chic. The bathroom was very big and nice with comfortable amenities. Location is perfect and still a very quiet street so you can rest easily. There is an option to choose a pillow if you want to. There is free water, tea and coffee in the rooms. Wonderful staff, very professional and accommodating. I would visit again.
