The hotel was a no frills property but having said that, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were cheerful and efficient and being so close to the airport it was absolutely perfect. Also we appreciated being able to have a drink and a light meal in the hotel. It is not a five star facility, but neither does it have to be. Perfect for a short stay.

The room was clean and the shower was powerful enough. Ambient noise was not too disturbing. Bed was quite large and comfortable. The room thermostat was easy to use and effective. Navigation to the room at check in was easy and the card worked well. Shops nearby sold a diverse selection of Indian and Sikh food which was very useful. There is also a take away in the same vicinity which was tasty and priced well. Hoppa bus was punctual for this hotel. Bus stop for red bus numbers 110 etc. to Terminal 3 a bit of a long walk with luggage so I chose the more expensive Hoppa instead.

There could have been more electrical outlets for charging devices. Room could have been just a bit bigger.

I didn't have a break fast but the bar and food was delicious and great service.

The staff from morning who goes around the room to check for check out supervisor, a bit over power trip and rude, even tho I have stay for a week and knowing I having card troubles since day one, has to make links payment. Is take time she rushing and using over loud voice to tell me calling security to pull me out is shocking .. cause my payment was set up in wrong way by her . And for next day payment has paid over already. Very disappointed by her behavior 😒 😔 Should had handle very calm customers service will take whole different level of appreciation. Over all my payment was go through ok. But staying in same hotel for aweek and treatment like that make me think to come back for next year's visit hesitated.

Great staff Excellent location Clean Family friendly Easy car parking This is a no frills, modest and dated hotel. Fittings and decor show their age. Despite this, rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Everything works. Staff are great. Location allows easy access to the tube vi a Hounslow west. Although right under the flight path, building does well to shield the noise and my 3 and 4 year old had no problems sleeping.

Air conditioning was ok - would have been difficult if visiting in the summer. Building does excellently to sounds proof from planes overhead, however there is occasional rumble. If you were a really light sleeper and planned to sleep here during daytime hours, this might not be the best choice of hotel.

Staff were all lovely, rooms were spotless and modern, thumbs up.

Only negative thing was the other guests - which no one has any control over and is just bad luck. Very noisy and rude and with this being close to the airport lots of doors banging and suitcases rolling down the corridor at 2am. Thankfully not something that bugs me too much but just for others to be aware of. Car parking was very expensive also and the hotel is still a good hour out of Central london but once we figured out stations etc it was no bother.

The location was ideal for us & our purposes. Staff were friendly. Our room was a really good size and comfortable. Plenty of parking and the charge (12 for 24 hours) was fair for the area as plenty of places charge more.

Only (very minor) things that were a little annoying were the shower screen is pretty pointless, as water ends up all over the floor (trust me, no weird water bending or deliberate splashing was going on, it just goes everywhere! 😂), and at one point there wasn’t any hot water. That was around 11am, so we didn’t expect that it would have been peak demand or anything 🤷🏻‍♀️ but it came back around 30-40 minutes later.

We were a family party of 7 with one of our adult daughters sharing our room for the night. We were so glad that she had a sofa bed as thought we were going to have to try and fit one of us in a bunk. The family room was a really good size and appreciated the rooms bigger bathroom.

Our key cards didn't operate the doors very well and other guests and ourselves help each other as the had same problem as well. When stopping in ibis budget in Birmingham they had things like pot noodles,snacks and drinks available to buy which would have been a nice option. Breakfast didn't seem to include much for vegans so we ordered food in.

Reasonably priced parking and plenty of it, very clean and tidy, staff were under extreme pressure from many guests arriving at the same time but remained polite and pleasant, staff handled several really rude guests very well. All staff we met were pleasant and smiling. Breakfast times were good and a great selection. Beds were super comfortable, black out curtains fabulous and good temperature control x

No complaints other than the cost for the room for one night was high - not sure if it had been jacked up because of demand due to concert at Twickenham?

I especially love the huge bed, bathroom and the room itself. Even the TV is pretty big. Minimalistic concept. All basic amenities are provided. And last but not least, I love how easy it is to get to this hotel, you just get off the bus on the opposite side of the road and you're there. Not to mention some local eateries and supermarkets nearby. There are also the HotelHoppa H2C and H5C shuttle buses that can take you to Heathrow T2,3 and T5. You just have to show up at the hotel entrance according to their schedule. Buy the ticket on their app first at £5.50/person as it's cheaper.

The hotel was accommodating and made me a breakfast bag to go before my early morning flight. My room was very clean and spacious. I was also able to order some late-night food when I got in late, which I appreciate! Also appreciate the bus pick-up to the airport for my early morning flight.

I did not realize how far this hotel was from the nearest tube station. I'm sure I could have taken the bus, but a little hard to easily navigate as someone who was coming from another area of London and who also arrived after dark. Will honestly say I was disappointed in that (a long walk from the nearest tube station).
