The room is lovely and comfortable. The best thing for me is that sound proofing. I love the bathrooms and wet rooms in this hotel.

I think it would be nice to have a breakfast service or, at least, to have some kind of protocol with one or a few restaurants in the terminal for the guest to have the breakfast, or at least a discount.

Very convenient location. The staff is lovely and helpful, although I was there only for one night. I was given a fast track card to go through security, which is very helpful considering the time of year. Comfortable room, although micro size.

Could hear the other guest passing through on the hallway, and the cleaning staff was just a bit loud for my taste, as i was tired and wanted a lie in and this was ruined. I know the location is excellent, but the price was still a bit too much for what I got.

We got the largest and most expensive type of room. It was well equipped with a coffee maker, coffee and tea pods, and a small pack of biscuits. These were not available in the cheaper, short stay room we got a week earlier, for a place to shower after our flight. The room was well insulated so there was no noise from the the aircraft landing and taking off.

There were a few things we thought could be improved. The 'smart room controls' didn't work, there was no fridge, and the lighting in the bathroom was bad. The light reflected from the window in front of the mirror made it difficult to use as intended. There should also be instructions for the shower. Also, although there were discounts offered for shops and restaurants in the airport, this wasn't pointed out to us so we spent more than we should've on food and supplies. We also thought the prices were a bit steep.

The most handy location possible for Gatwick South. Rooms very clean. Good level of sound-proofing - essential as this is right next to the airport. Check in efficient. Certainly expensive though.

Upon closing the (automated) blinds in the room I was expecting it to be completely dark. Instead, there appeared to be a 'trendy' purple light above the closed blind. Perhaps I did not know how to switch it off, but it was really annoying nonetheless. Lucky I had eye-patches with me. No point creating a fashionable ambience if it flies in the face of the main purpose of the room - a good night's sleep.

The room is a lot larger than I expected. The shower was very powerful which I appreciate. The bed is comfortable too. I also like you need specific access to the floor where the rooms are, and not everyone can access the hotel as it is part of Gatwick.

The temperature control is either too hot or too cold so it was difficult to manage and I ended up turning it off when I fall asleep. I appreciate the 20% off at Wetherspoon but you have to order at the bar and show the card when you order, and you can't order via the Wetherspoon app.

We were really lucky, to get a room; we had only booked this the day before we flew and on that day many, many flights were cancelled and loads of people had to sleep on the floor of the airport. The room was bijoux but very clean and comfortable, excellent shower. Shame I couldn't get to sleep in for longer but we had to get up at 3.30am. They did have a communal hot drinks room, very handy as we chose a room without a coffeemaker. It was great, we rolled out of the room and into departures.

The room had a really technical TV but I would have loved to be able to bring up the Gatwick departures board in the room to see if our flight was delayed. We were really worried about this as so many flights were cancelled, delayed due to planes and crew being in the wrong locations.

The hotel is within Gatwick airport just near where you come through if you catch a train (entrance in between Boots and M&S. The rooms are small but very clean and if you are just stopping there cause you have an early flight or something (which is what we booked there for), it is all you need. There is no tea & coffee facilities in the room but there is a room down the hall with a coffee machine in it and the coffee was good.

I didn't pay extra for a room with a window (my fault cause I was asked if I wanted to) and so it was a bit odd because the room did feel very closed in - so if this is something you wouldn't like then I would recommend paying a bit extra.

Location is superb and makes the facilities of the airport terminal immediately accessible to travelers. Rooms are very small, but that's okay for its purpose. Free coffee from machine a bonus (and good). TV didn't work but we were too tired to care! Checking in was fast; using the app may have been faster. Very technologically oriented, and that's useful. Bathroom is wet-room, so be prepared for that, but show was good. No complaints; would stay there again.

Not much. No natural light perhaps, but it is what it is-- a clean comfortable overnight stay for travelers and very convenient.

The location is by far the best thing, right by the security gates, within the main airport building. Also it's close to a few restaurants/coffee shops etc.

The opnly thing i didn;t realise was quite how small the rooms are! They're tiny. Just enough room for a double bed and two bunk beds, tiny space to walk through/to leave your luggage, small bathroom. The shower was decent though, and the view from the big window above the bed was of the runway which is great. There semed to be a purple light around the main window, low level, but i couldnt figure out how to switch it off, so it wasn;t as dark as i would have liked. I'd still go there again for the convenience factor, but do bear in mind the rooms are very small!

The facility is excellent, super easy to find the hotel, loved the bathroom, being able to control the room from your phone is a huge bonus. Might sound stupid but having an hairdryer in the room is a huge bonus too. The discounts we get in the different restaurants of the airport are fantastic as well. I had quite an excellent stay. Would have just loved to drop my luggages at the hotel to be able to go to the center of london. Had to pay 30pounds for just 6hours for 2 small bags.

Not being able to drop off your luggage at the hotel when you arrive super early in the morning. It's an airport hotel, it makes sense to have some sort of place to store them.
