Location was amazing. It’s very close to Keikyu-Kamata station. Less than 10 mins walk. Property was very clean and staff were very friendly and nice. My room was small but very comfortable room, well sanitized, I loved it. Since my flight was late at night, I had lots of time in daytime. I asked the hotel if I could leave my luggage, they let me leave my luggage so and I could go out during the day without carrying everything. After I came back, they let me hang out until close to my flight so I enjoyed reading mangas. Keikyu line will directly take you to Haneda airport in about 10 mins so it was super easy access. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality!!!

The hotel is close to the airport and to the station so it was very easy, fast and convenient to come to the hotel from shinkansen station and also to get to the airport when it was time to leave. The neighborhood is quiet and nice: bakery, ramens, shops (lawson, 7-11) and a shopping mall (with uniqlo). The room was quite spacious (especially in comparison with other rooms where we stayed before), there was everything that we needed (shampoo, pjs, shower gel, etc). But the coolest thing was that there were drinks and food on the 1st floor 24/7. So we could get udon and tea/coffee/lemonade whenever we wanted.

Clean and spacious room with very comfortable beds, I'd go back just to sleep all day in that bed! Free food - nothing fancy but good! Udon in broth/Rice with curry sauce but it was so very convenient to be able to simply take the elevator to get something to ear. "Breakfast" is somewhat served - but it's just toast with margarine. It's however first comes first served, and there's not a lot of bread available so it's gone quick. You can still get Udon/Curry as brekky though Water/Soda and coffee/tea available all day as well. Coffee's pretty bad though, luckily 7Eleven has decent coffee and is not even one minute away. Less than 10mn away from metro in a quiet area. Microwave available at the hotel as well so you can easily heat up food from 7Eleven. Manga available to read - Most of them in Japanese but still a few in English Washing machine & dryer available as well for a small additional fee, which is very convenient Nice comfy PJs also provided! And for smokers - It's not allowed to simply smoke in the streets in Japan - but there is a smoking area & ashtray in the parking lot (which is a 5 seconds walk from the hotel entrance - but not close enough that people entering get or even smell smoke)

It's not cheap - but considering the comfort and free food, it's not unreasonable either. Can't think of nothing else, it was a wonderful stay

The location of the property was fantastic. The local area has lots to see & do, and the main station (Kamata) was perfect for traveling into central Tokyo with no fuss. Allowed us to explore popular areas whilst getting to retreat in the evenings for some down time. The hotel itself was great, lovely staff and the 24/7 food & drink was immensely useful (and yummy!). The room was a fair size, with great air con/heating and we were able to use our chrome cast on the TV (recommend bringing one of getting one at Don Quijote). Honestly this hotel is AMAZING for the price and honestly the location is fab, much prefer it to being in a more busy area (especially as the local area’d had lots to do themselves). Thank you so much, can’t wait to come back!

Everything was great! The only thing that would have been good would be to have a way of disposing of rubbish ourselves (as cleaning starts around 9.30/10am and if you miss it you need to wait till next day.). However, they do top up your towels with fresh ones every day which was great!

The location was good, next to a convenience store and 2 stations as well as shopping areas. Check-in was easy. They held our luggage for us when we got there early. Staff was very friendly, and we had no issues with communication. The curry and Udon offered were very good! It's always nice to see places offer a meal during your stay. The manga selection was cool to see, and they even had a few in english, which was neat. The room was comfortable and spacious and did not have any issues with it at all.

Hotel is a couple of train stops from the Haneda Airport, very convenient for those who need to take an early flight. Hotel is clean and quiet, with a manga library that is free to all guests.

Upon our arrival, the staff didn't notice that we booked 2 rooms and gave us only one. We also sent our baggages to the hotel in advance (writing them about it and receiving their confirmation) and they didn't seem to know they were already there when we arrived. I had to ask to check the reservation for the double rooms and for the luggage, only then did they intervene promptly to give us the second room and the luggage. Communication in English was difficult at times but manageable.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, unique lobby. I didn't partake, but the free food was a nice perk. From what I could tell the sound-proofing was decent.

For me as an American, the bed was too hard. If you're familiar with the usual Korean/Japanese harder beds, you'll be fine...as these were still on the softer side for those kinds of beds. This wasn't a problem for me at all, but if you're two people with large suitcases, you may struggle with room for them.

Lobby lounge was available for 24hrs and two meal options (curry and one other thing) always available. Lots of drinks options and reading material available as well. Room size was okay and had a standard Japan-size bath which is great for the end of a long day walking. Great location for early morning flights from Haneda as train station <10 mins walk down the road and ~10 min train ride to the airport. Also 7-11 next door for snacks/food.

The 'free' or included food options all contained gluten, which is fine for most people but not for me which was a shame, but the 7-11 next door was fine. Also the price was a bit high for the room so unlikely to stay there again.

Complementary udon noodles and Japanese curry and rice was a huge hit with the family. Close to train station for transfer to Haneda airport only about a 10-12 minute walk and 15 minute train ride. Great staff. Comfy accommodations. Close to 7-11/ Family Mart / grocery store and many food options.

A bit outside of Tokyo proper (~50 min) metro/JR line / subway ride. If you have a JR pass or Tokyo metro/ Toei subway pass no direct connections to area near hotel. However major JR station is 15-20min walk from hotel so that made it super easy for us. Not a bad thing about the hotel just info for other travelers.

Great place to stay for couple of days in Tokyo. Me and my friend stayed for 4 days and it was very good. Staff is nice and helpful, rooms and the hotel itself is clean, there's always beverages and food you can get for free. It's only a 10 minutes walk from the subway and there's a 7-11 right next to the hotel. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're landing to Haneda Airport
