Value for money, near to train station, near to convenient store and shops

We didn’t like some of the staff attitude when talking to us not sure if it’s because of the language but some of them can speak english but you can see from their guesture and you can feel if you are welcome or not.

The room is small but its very clean and tidy.. and have laundry coin inside the hotel. No need to find laundry coin shop.. and also provide the refreshment for the guests.. 17min to namba station.. 20min to nippombashi station.. 20-25min to dotonbori. Besides hotel have 7e.. in front the hotel have mcdonald. Overall its excellent for stay..

I like the affordability, friendly staff, location (Dotonbori is 20 minutes away, I think), cleanliness. There is also a 7/11 store next to it. I also love that that staff understands some English.

They don't reply on my messages here in this platform. Not sure if it was because my messages were in English or because they don't really check the messages. I was requesting for a non smoking room weeks before I arrived but I was not able to get it because they did not respond to my messages here. They only knew about it when I asked upon checking in, and there are no more non smoking rooms available.

The rooms are clean, the bathroom is small but sufficient and the beds are comfortable (if you ignore the extremely small size of the double bed). The location is very ok, walkable to the subway and a long walk away from the main streets. They have complimentary hot/cold drinks 24/7 at the reception floor. They also have a huge variety of hygiene products you can take to your room. The staff didn't seem very fluent in English but the whole process is designed so that you almost never need to speak.

The double bed is exactly the same size as the single bed, it is way too small for 2 people! Take a close look at the photos and see if that's something you'd be willing to have, mainly in a group of friends where you might not want to sleep touching each other all night.

All was well during my stay in this hotel. I even did my laundry!!! Hahaha! Local delicacies in Kuromon was just a stone throw away. I love their shampoo bar (a great innovative idea for a hotel who hates the installed shampoo inside the room. Staffs has been very helpful and courteous.

It was 12 minutes walk to Namba and Nippombashi train station which is a little too far for me.

The buffet breakfast for 500 yen per person is worth it. They let you keep the luggage in the hotel before and after the check in/out. Everything worked fine in the room.

Only has power socks next to the bed and not in other places, which is not so practical. The bed was a bit small for 2 people. Not much space to hang the clothes. The reception staff almost didn't speak English.

The hotel is so big - and offers free drinks too. The location is in the Center of Osaka and it’s also near the train station. I walked to Dotonbori every night. The rooms are really big despite the fact that in Japan the rooms are a little small. The breakfast was very nice and offered a variety of things. The staff was polite and helpful. Totally recommend this place.

Good location short walk to Namba Station and Dontombori. Free drinks in the lobby and wifi good. Let us store our luggage for the day free of charge as our flight left late at night.

Small bathroom and hard mattress (personal preference). One of the FD clerks was quite rude and dismissive but the rest were nice

Wifi was fast. They had smart tv's. The location was great. You can also leave your luggage after checkout so it's very convenient. they had a free drink bar. And a selection of shounen manga. The room was clean as well

Room was really small. We were only given 1 room key but when we asked for another we were given one more.
