This was an excellent small hotel with a great suite-style room layout and American-style soft mattresses. Our stay was like living in an upscale, very large (by Japanese standards) modern apartment in Osaka, with a washer-dryer, microwave/oven, cooktop, and other features of home. It is in a cool area with tons of amenities and easy walking access to tourist spots and the subway station. It is in Den Den City (the Osaka equivalent of Akihabara in Tokyo), at the southern end of Nipponbashi, Namba Parks, Tennoji and Shinsekai are just a few blocks away. There is tons of parking nearby and the expressway entrance is down the street. This hotel room was a great find, and an excellent base for exploring the city! The staff were also helpful.

The street itself has “character” as mentioned in some of the other reviews, but it seems like an up and coming district. There are several other new hotels and apartment buildings in the area, a mix of old and new stores, and tons of tourists around.

We loved everything about this hotel! It was a last minute find and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that it was located in DenDen town - which is like Osaka's own mini Akihabara. The neighbourhood itself is a bit dodgy (quite a number of 'specialty' video stores), but all fades away once you step into the hotel. It is right next to a metro entrance with a lift so very convenient if you are travelling with kids and/or luggage. There is a pharmacy nearby and a 7/11 a few buildings away on either side. The check in was smooth - they allowed us to leave our bags as we were on our way to USJ. The room is HUUUGE - even bigger than regular western hotels. It had a kitchenette, dining area for four, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing and drying machine, toaster, pots, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses. The room came with 2 toilets, shower, and an outside jacuzzi / bath. There were two very comfortable full queen size beds, an entire living area with a 5 seater leather corner couch and two huge smart TVs. There was even a small tatami area! For a family of four, we were very happy and this was definitely our favourite hotel throughout our entire trip!

The cleaning cost extra, which I think, for the price of the room could have been included at least once during our 3 night stay. Also, you need to take out your own trash out of the side of the hotel, which we found quite strange, given it is a 5 star hotel. But I guess in Japan, you do things like this yourself!

nice location, clean and spacious room. reasonable price for suit! All staff was really nice and kind. I really loved room! 2 toilet, 2 bigsize room. Lovely balcony. and even big sofa at lounge room. Plus laundry machine, some cute oven(still work like microwave) and sink, induction as well + cutlery and utensils. what I really like was the space was really spacious! and train station is just a stone's throw away. A lots of restaurant near by. we will love to visit again but not on suit room. I can still say it is not super expensive, but it will be still bit pricey for us!

As we visited winter, weather was quite cool. The floor surface was made by stone. and it doesnt help us to keep warm. Only one way to make the room warm was by heater. Heater help to make room bit warm but not warm warm. just little and also it makes really dry which made us almost getting cold.. that was drawback.

Fantastic location in downtown Osaka, very convenient to a range of activities and restaurants. The room was large with two double beds, and a nice shower and small kitchen area. Room was large, with a full couch area and large TV. The kitchen was very basic, but could be used for limited food prep

You can't cook much in the kitchen area, it is for very basic food storage and preparation. There was a small fridge, microwave and portable cooktop, but few cooking utensils. However there are multiple convenience stores within 5 minutes walk which have a huge range of pre-prepared food

Spacious room, washing machine, and 2 toilets. Hotel location is next to Ebisucho metro 1B exit, there are many goodrestaurants, kombini and supermarket. Room has good soundproofing, we didn't hear any traffic noise. hospitality of front desk staff and cleaning staff.

No dryer and lack of place to hang clothes in the room. Dimmed lighting in the room. It would be helpful to install a sensor light above the washing machine.

The location was awesome. Literally right next to the metro and near other eating areas and shops. Staff speak very good English and were very helpful. The rooms are good value for money and with the Verandah and smart tv for Netflix the kids were happy at night when we stayed in. The bathroom was very nice and the beds were comfy. Aircon works well and we also liked the coded door system so you can’t lose your key. Overall very happy. Only improvement would be to offer an inclusive breakfast option.

.The sound of the metro below the rooms. . Slightly seedy street with porn shops and the odd drunk etc which we found rare in Japan but noticed here more than other areas of Japan. With that said we felt completely safe with two kids.

Located right beside the train station, with multiple convenience stores nearby. Washing machine is available in room so a big plus. Rooms are large by japan standards and clean. Staff is very helpful and check-in process was smooth. Good value for price paid.

Walking distance may be a bit far if you wish to walk to attraction directly, so a short train trip is recommended. Not any big complaints and everything was smooth. So very much recommended location to stay at.

room was huge! two very nice bathrooms with a great rainfall shower and jetted tub. very nice and very clean except the two yellow sofas in the den area. they were pretty gross covered in stains. the area isn't the best for families because there are multiple sex shops near by including a milk maid bar. had never heard of it but it was a bit deviant. that being said it is Japan. so I never felt unsafe or worried about anyone on the streets. it was super populated with all sorts of people. there were also incredible izikayas very close convince stores plenty of food options cabs always going by and the train is basically under the hotel! we will definitely continue to use the Randor hotels. we want to try the one in Kyoto next time!

Easy check in, held bags for us when we got there. The room was gorgeous. 2 bedrooms, huge living dining combo. Literally more space than our family of 6 needed. Balcony was fantastic. And most of all, it sits on top of a subway station. Staff spoke plenty of English as well. A little expensive for the night, but all things considered, a larger group, or one looking to spread out, cook a bit, enjoy the balcony, will love it. Oh, and the bathroom with the waterfall shower and jetted tub! Amazing.

The only problem we encountered was the the washing machine didn't have a heat dry function....only a spin to dry. So we ended up with a damp load of laundry to bring home.

Loved how spacious everything was, modern, clean and had all the appliances and utilities needed. The bath /shower was greatly appreciated! Check in was smooth and the coffee reception made was great.

The only reason why I didn’t give 100% perfect score is that the bedrooms have too easy access to balcony. My little ones wanted to go there and we were on the 9th floor. There was no way to lock them other than an easy switch that the kids could easily reach. It made me very nervous during night time. Also, there were people above us walking around the entire night so I didn’t get a good sleep hearing the thump thump all night long, but the beds were comfy and everyone in my family loved it. I would totally book again!
