Location and amenities! Theres 2 7-11s and a lawsons right next to us. 5 min walk to the subway! Quiet neighborhood! They had a cute makeup testing and photo area. I ended up buying japanese nail polish WAKEWAKE<?> because i liked the tester! Great way to let people know the product! Had amenity baskets. Have luggage transport service! Great staff!

My room had what looked like a bathroom cube was just added into the room. It was interesting. It also strongly smelled of mildew? Or like sweaty old gym bag:((( it was so bad! It was difficult to breathe in the bathroom even with the fan on. Not sure what that was about. That is the only bad. The smelly bathroom.

Clean compact room with everything you needed to rest and recharge after a day of explore. It was full sound proof and bed was very very comfortable. I had a bath with a beer or drink from the vending machines every evening which was really relaxing, my own private onsen 😜 The breakfast cook was warm, welcoming and everything was replenished often so everything was fresh and delicious. 3 metros within easy walking distance and plenty of local connivence stores and local restaurants to choose from super close by. It would be a tight squeeze if you had lots of luggage as there wasn’t under bed storage but I travel super light so it wasn’t a problem, just move a few things around to suit. Great value for money

I stayed over 20 days and my room was NOT cleaned every day although I have asked to clean it!!! Dirty floor was not cleaned every day!!! I was NOT AT ALL satisfied about the room cleaning!!!

Great location right near the subway station and convenience stores. Lovely breakfast offered by a very friendly cook. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The room was quiet, dark and the aircon worked well. I slept well here.

The neighbourhood seems a bit old, and the building itself seems a bit old too. The room was small, but comfortable. Some of the fixtures like the extractor fan and the plug holes seemed like they needed a bit of love. Overall it was comfortable and convenient.

First of all, I found the hotel, and especially the room, very clean which is quite appreciable. The staff is nice and helpful. In the lobby, you can pick up body lotion, face cleansing or even hair iron should you need them. It was a nice touch. It is also well located and in a safe area with several restaurants.

The room is quite small which is not surprising and standard to equivalent hotels. However, because the bed is big, it does take up a lot of space. It wasn't too much of an issue for one person, but it could be crowded for two people. Some guests (men, maybe salary men) were quite noisy at some point in the evening and then morning... and you could hear them a bit too much from the room. But apart from them, I would say the hotel is quiet.

The hotel offered exactly what we needed when we arrived after some days traveling around Japan and staying in smaller places. So, we finally found what I would say was the standard hotel room: great space, a comfortable bed, very friendly staff, and you can even enjoy some drinks in the dining room while chatting with your friends.

It wasn't the best location in the world for getting around, but you can manage to find a subway station nearby and a few places to eat and drink, although it wasn't a lively neighborhood either. However, if you're looking for a quieter place, that's a good thing.

I was pleasantly surprised with how many features and resources were provided in the hotel. There were slippers and a shoehorn at the front, many power ports around the room, a safe, fridge, tv, air purifier, shower with strong water pressure, mirror with fog control, light controls from the bed, various toiletry items in case you forgot or didn’t have your own - these are all things I don’t typically expect from hotel services, so this was probably one of the, if not best, experiences I’ve had at a hotel ☺️

The room lived up to my expectation as I booked for a King room. For the price point, the hotel really felt high class. Out of all the stays that I had in Japan, i'd say this hotel was the one that really gave me the luxurious feeling. It's also near the local restaurant shops that really offers good food. It's also near Sukiya, I'm a Satomi Ishihara fan so I really liked it.

location... kinda? While the location is near the local restaurant that are really delicious, for the station location, it will give you few mins of walk to reach kitahama station, or depending what train line will you use. Do your research first depending on what intent are you going for the day / stay before booking. This is not a deal breaker, just on my personal experience, added to the list of my great stays.

Hotel was near a metro station that led to all the interesting districts. You can go to Osaka Castle by a 20/30-minute walk from the hotel. Appliances and pajamas are available on the ground floor. There are also washing machines and a vending machine on the 2nd floor. Staff spoke English and could give us indications on the touristic places.

Size of the room if you plan to bring several luggages.

I will definitely come back again! The staff are all very helpful and speak perfect English. At 11pm, Check-in is done in 3min! Overall the hotel is very new and is quiet. The price is unbeatable. There is no smoking smell anywhere in the hotel! The room is very small but is kept clean. I recommend getting a Twin Beds room for a bigger room. The free soft drinks and coffee served at the Lobby seems to be a small thing but turned out to be a very good facility especially after a long flight or a long day of sight-seeing. The Hotel Location is just great, 5min away from a train station and 10min away from another two stations. It is located in a upscale business district (near Osaka Stock Exchange) so very quiet after 6pm. There are a couple of restaurants for a quick dinner or breakfast and 3 convenience stores nearby. Note - there is no breakfast available at the hotel. Tips - use Booking.com messaging to contact the hotel, they are responsive.

The quilt is extra thick and maybe too hot for summer time. I need to open the windows during 10 Celcius nights. But the windows are located right at the headboard of the beds. So feel quite windy during sleep. The toilet in my room smells quite bad and the staff was helpful and deep cleaned it the next day. Nearby Parking from 7am to 9pm can be expensive and is 1200 yen per hour.
