Nice spacious rooms, fantastic location and great breakfast It rained on our first day but there is a very extensive underground walkway system right up to Osaka ststion and beyond

We were 2 adults and 2 children travelling and we booked a loft suite which turned out not to be able accommodate 4 people as there was no pull out sofa or extra beds. After a very uncomfortable first night, the hotel gave us the room next door complimentary which we only used to sleep in. Good service recovery but I am not sure we were able to book 2+2 into the loft suite

The location and cleanliness. We were able to check in early and this was very helpful since we did an overnight flight. One of the staff were struggling with our request to book a cab but very quickly helped get us one from the street

It can be a little noisy as we are facing the road and the toilet paper can be better I think, as it is only 1 ply. Otherwise, its a really nice hotel to stay

I pretty much likeed everything about the hotel. The location, how clean and cozy it was, slightly on the smaller side bed more than enough for 1 person. Everything was easily accessible, and the gym was more than enough.I haven't had any meal from the restaurant but had a drink from the bar, the all day free coffee, which was amazing. The environment in the lobby itself was great. The front desk was helpful. Roberto was incredibly helpful. He guided me to so many beautiful shops and restaurants. I can't say enough about the hotel And I definitely would stay there next time which i'm planning to visit again. .

The only problem I had was there was no t soaking tub, which I really would like to have after exploring the beautiful Osaka on foot what i would've loved to soak my feet. That wasn't a bit disappointing.

The location was great and accessible to many places. Once you figure out how to use the underpass to the main station it makes things a lot easier and convenient! Friendly staff who are efficient with requests too.

I think the hotel could have provided a map/guide on the nearby attractions or restaurants. Maybe they do have one available on request I’m not sure. That would be good to have, esp during the year end period where a lot of shops are closed.

Room The room was comfortable and clean, the table and sitting area is a nice addition to a room like this. The bed and pillows were very comfy also. Breakfast Breakfast was good, there were many things to choose from. Staff were nice ( a young man in particular but didn’t get his name! He was on shift everyday, sorry) Facilities There is a lot on offer you can do, they have a restaurant downstairs, a bar and a coffee counter. The bar has pool to play and had a DJ playing funky music. They did have coin laundry options I believe.

The only thing I can think of is breakfast times, they say L.O is 10:30am and breakfast stops at 11am. We took this as L.O is any hot item to be ordered by 10:30am and all breakfast items stopped at 11am. But it’s everything stops at 10:30am, just to keep in mind, so get down there before then! And also the replenishing of food struggled when it came closer to 10:30 cut off time which I can understand but a couple of times where we were after more of a certain dish.

Location was great near osaka station. And the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast were great, lots of options if you didn't was japanese style breakfast, which I loved. Room had plenty of space. Great for access to different train lines. And plenty of families without hearing them at night.

I would have liked to pick my own sitting at breakfast when it's not busy. But they always directed you to seats. Trays would also have been better for putting breakfast plates on, rather then having to do several trips to have what you wanted at your table.

Close to the main Osaka station, this hotel was great! We didn’t realise how spoilt we were for space until we went to Tokyo. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was so damn comfy. Family mart directly opposite if you need anything. FYI there’s a couple of laundry machines that you’ll have to book with the front desk. I recommend doing the full 2.5 hour cycle which is wash + dry + extra dry (works out to be 600 yen). Without the extra dry, you may have to hang the clothes up in your room while you head out for the day.

Could hear the music from the downstairs gym during the night. Had to request the staff to turn it down (which they did).

The staff was incredible - so kind, welcoming, and accommodating! We could not say enough good things about the people working at Aloft. The daily breakfast was 100% worth it and had so many great options - we particularly loved the fresh fruit, the strawberry donuts, and the local rice. The room was spotless as were the shared spaces. The team was very cognizant of providing a safe and clean environment for their guests. The bed. Oh my god. The bed. It was so comfortable and I miss it already! Very grateful for our comfortable stay in Osaka!

I wouldn’t say there was anything that I didn’t like - if I had to nitpick I would suggest providing a shoehorn in the room!

Location Although not extremely close to one station, within walking distance of multiple lines, including Osaka station allowing for easy travels around the city. Family Mart across the street and plenty of places to eat including an nearby underground mall with options. Accommodation Room is very spacious - shower, toilet & bathroom facilities are top notch. Bed is comfortable, room was in immaculate condition when entering first day and towels were replaced every day, rubbish removed & bed made. Staff Reception staff were amazing, always willing to help. We need assistance with booking a reservation at a restaurant and they called up and organised immediately.

Only feedback would be considering the size of the hotel, to only have 2 washing machine/dryers seems strange. You are able to reserve time to use washing machines at reception. However on our last day it was booked out and we were unfortunately unable to do our washing.

This was my first time staying at an Aloft property and now I’m always going to look to book at one whenever possible! The room was really spacious in comparison to most Japanese hotels. The bed was so comfortable and loved that the room had blackout curtains. Also loved the Drybar shampoo and conditioner and hate that you can’t buy it in stores as it’s exclusive to the hotel. The only other facilities we used was the laundry room and loved that we could reserve time to make sure we had a machine to use.

Our room was on a higher floor, but facing the street. There was some traffic noise late at night sometimes, but it didn’t bother me. Mentioning this as it might bother other people or those on lower levels.
