The location was great as we could easy drive to all of our destinations with ease. We could also use public transportation easily for those who wanted to go out while others stayed in. It was a great location near Namba. The beds were really comfy.

Everything was great with the stay until the hotel tried to unexpectedly bill us for charges on check out. We paid for our stay through booking.com up front. They should have billed us up front at the time of check in if we had not if the full amount for the breakfast each night made through booking.com was not sufficient. We had showed them our reservation we had made and questioned why they were billing us on the back end. It was very unprofessional of them to do that especially as we asked them to resolve all costs at check in. We paid the parking and tax at time of check in. Also, they had already issued us the breakfast tickets, so we thought we were all set. It made us not trust them.

Stayed for 7 nights - Hotel is very clean, staff is very nice and some can speak English. Although the price point is higher, the rooms are definitely more spacious compared to the usual in Japan and facilities are great. Location is convenient - it is around 10-15 min walk to and from the train stations and also you can walk directly to Dotonbori as well. No shuttle service but Airport bus and Airport train is around 10-13 min walk from the hotel.

Buffet food selection and hotel gym can be improved and more selection on the hotel ‘store’. Also, no shuttle service and a bit of a language barrier. Still more convenient if you know some Japanese.

A perfect though stay in Osaka. Situated within just minutes of the Namba station. This puts you near most of Osaka's great attractions such as Dotonbori. The hotel itself is however situated in a slightly more quiet neighborhood so if you're looking to stay in a bustling place this might not be your first pick. The hotel itself however is very modern and clean and the staff seems very capable in guiding you around the city. This is important as during my 3 weeks stay in Japan seemed to be a bit hit or miss mostly because of limited ability of some staff to speak English. I found the room to be very well designed and felt very spacious even though it space offered was fairly standard, space around the bed sink and couch were comfortable and the rain shower was a nice touch.

If you travel by train or subway as you exit Namba station you will first find yourself at the heart of a very lively area but you'll have to walk a little bit along the open wide roads of the city before you reach the hotel. Namba station is also very big so it can be a bit challenging if it's your first time in Osaka to find the right exit and shortest route to the hotel. View from the room is nothing special as you're staring at another brick building but you can see somewhat into the Osaka horizon from the edge of the window.

Great location. Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes and shops are nearby and there are plenty. There’s no bath tub in the room but there’s a very nice public bath within 10 min walk from the hotel. Only 5min walk to Namba‘s large department stores and shops. The room was clean and beautiful. Everything was optimised to save space. An iron, hair dryer, amenities etc everything you need is prepared. The staff is all very nice and helpful. Wonderful experience and we’ll definitely come back again!

The “do not disturb” buttons were a little confusing. A bit of explanation could be made or written.

It was very new, modern and clean. Beds were amazing, like sleeping on a cloud.

All you expect from the hotel are there - space, friendliness and comfort. Destination to Namba area was pretty close.

Cleaniness - should improve. The tray holding the complimentary toiletry was dusty, with a hair I found and also can do with wiping down. Therefore it made me feel other areas of the room was not sanitised properly. Instruction - lack of instruction in finding a 'sliding door' to separate and provide privacy from the bathroom area to the bed area. It took me a few hours later after a 1st shower to notice the sliding door. Space - room is spacious enough, but there was no room to make a drink by the kettle area. Was there a sliding working space there? I dont think so. Also, the sink area is a lovely design but I had no space to put 2xppl personal stuff there.

The rooms were clean, a bit smaller than what we thought, but bigger than regular rooms in other hotels in Japan. I like that the shower room, the toilet and the vanity area are separated. The beds are super comfy. Love it. It's also good that they have Nespresso coffee machine in our rooms and offer 3 different coffee capsules. Free ice :)

The shower room is tiny. No place to put our clothes, toiletries, etc. No place to hang the bath towels.

Rooms were very modern and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hotel was located near several different train stations and was also walking distance to Dotonbori.

Breakfast only opens at 7am, which was not early enough for the amount of demand at that time. We got downstairs 5mins before open and there was already a massive line at the breakfast entrance to get in. Highly advise waiting to get breakfast a little later if you have nothing planned to avoid the crowd.

Location, amenities within the room, staff friendliness were all our main likes during our stay.

There wasn't any pool for the hotel guests to enjoy a dip during the hot weather. It would help increase your sales if there was a pool for the guests.

20/25 minute walk to Dotonbori and Namba Station. 2 min walk to Namba Yasaka Shrine which means you can go early or late and have the place to yourself. Good view of the city. Very clean and modern looking. Room was large, bed was very large and comfy. Coin laundry was available. Nice coffee machine. Gym also available. Staff were very friendly and professional. Window in room could open a little for a bit of ventilation.
