The bunk bed set up is great (our kid loves it) with decent size for each bed in our room to sleep two adults (double bed size). The blanket, bed and pillows are alright, comfortable, but the upper bed mattress is better. The room size is not too big and yet have enough space for 3 carry-ons and a large suitcase. There is sufficient amenities to use (towels, tooth brush and tooth paste). Toilet size is decent with good amount of warm water and comfy showe head. The hair dryer is powerful enough for us. Washing and drying available with free detergent and only drying cost a bit of money.

the sink is a bit tiny and shallow. water tends to splashed all over if we are not careful enough. While it is by the TV, we are really afraid of the safety if water gets on it. The room require better housekeeping. we found a mask and a lot of dust behind and under the bed. Suggest the house keepers to enhance their cleaning more thoroughly, especially in the hidden area. We felt a bit itchy when sleeping on the lowe bunk bed. Yet, this could be due to the dry weather causing dry skin and thus itchy. however, the upper bunk does feel more comfy in general in our room.

- We stayed in the Twin room - looked just like the pictures, it was clean and soundproof, the bunk beds were comfortable - Bathroom was quite spacious given the size of the room, modern and clean - The lobby was well-equipped: there were coffee/hot water machines + tables to eat/work + vending machines with snacks and basic necessities - We also got to use the washing machine + luggage storage - For late check-in (after 11pm), they will send the main door code in advance and you can then register on the computers in the lobby which will indicate your room number - Location: close to main tourist spots

Well located a few blocks from namba station, but not in the super crowded part. Very clean. Has a laundry area. This place is self check in but there is some staff around to make it smoother, so that was really thoughtful. They also have lockers of different sizes if you need yo store your luggage for a few hours before check in, or after check out.

Rooms are a bit small, especially in the floor space if you have a couple of suitcases. If you need to use the drying machine and you have a loy of clothes (or heavy clothes) , it takea a very long time to dry. Pillows are a bit uncomfortable.

The room was cute. Loved the bunk beds. The bathroom/shower was spacious. There was a Domino's pizza nearby that the hotel provided a menu/ordering information about. The staff was so helpful. We had issues with our toilet and a staff member came and fixed the issue quickly. Within walking distance of the station.

The hotel doesn't really ship luggage, and they charged a 500 yen fee per suitcase that we had shipped there in advance, so be advised, if you have to ship luggage, you'll have to find a third party company to do it.

The complimentary Coffee and Tea was great to help us start and end our day of travelling. Location was good as it was walkable to Dotonbori area with great variety of food places to chose from even at Late nights. An accomodation that is value for money

Wished the room (for 4 person) was a bit bigger as it was difficult to manage each of our luggages that was sprawled on the floor. Though Laundry wash was free, the Dryer did not worked too well. Even after 1.5 hours of drying our clothes did not dry ideally.

We loved our stay here especially our kids because of the big bunk beds. Everything was clean although the rooms were small and didn't have tables or chairs. We just ate on the carpeted floor. All utensils and toiletries were provided even pajamas (they were more like sleep robes). Location was good since convenience stores and groceries for shopping were everywhere around the hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was no daily room makeup/cleaning.

- The dryers need to be replaced. We had to do laundry and after 3 cycles in the dryers (30 minutes each) the clothes were nowhere near dry but it was late and so we decided to hang everything in our room... This really made us lose a whole evening. - There are no employees before 9am, one morning the coffee machine wasn't working and no one could help but we just decided to go buy some at the convenience store.

- Self check-in was very convenient and you cab ring for help if needed. You're also given a pin, instead of a key card like most other places. - Beds were comfy despite them being bunk beds - The lobby was well decorated and inviting - Close to central areas like Dontonburi - Great access to transportation

- There is a potential for dust mites as some of my party got bitten at night. I personally didn't get any bites, so it may just be their room. Please check under the beds and do a deep clean

The hotel is at a great location with many local restaurants surrounding it. There’s even a massage location right down the street for when you’re tired from walking the streets of Osaka! The hotel is mostly self service. There is a laundromat on the first floor and you can rent many things such as games, Nintendo switch, hair iron, etc. The hotel does not provide room cleaning, and you must bring down your own trash and personally request new towels.

The dryer does not work very well.

Great space for large groups staying together. Its rare to have space large enough for groups over 2 in the bigger cities of Japan, but this place does just that. The rooms are smaller, but most are even for solo travelers here so its not really a gripe. But if you need space for a group, in a great location in walking distance to Namba station, this is the place!

Pillows are a bit odd but its hard to find a negative for this place
