The whole stay was great! The room was big enough for a solo traveler. The place is near a supermarket for all those trying to buy assorted stuff and save money. There are also several konbinis around for those late night binges (lol). I thought it was near Namba station but maybe I misundertood the description. I actually don't mind walking especially I was there during the Autumn season, with the cool breeze and the changing leaves heading to the train station. It is also near the Namba Yasaka Jinja. If you have to head home with heavy luggages, I suggest take a taxi. It's less than 5 minutes actually but carrying all that weight might be hard. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the staff were very courteous and helpful. They reflected the Japanese hospitality well.

Theres nothing that I didn't like. However, there are times that the AC wasn't as cold as I wanted it to be, but that's just because I get hot easily.

Location is close to clubs and Nipponbashi and transport. Space was enough for 4 people's worth of luggage.

Keycard wouldn't work late at night but staff were very helpful to still get us back in. Lack of natural lighting in room really throws off sense of time.

Overall experience is superb! The hotel staffs were all accommodating, helpful and professional. They clean and make-up the room everyday. Our 7 days stay here is worth every penny, this hotel is highly recommended. Their room rates are reasonable! We had an amazing stay in Osaka.

It's a relatively new hotel and rather spacious. Checking in and out is quite a breeze. It has all the amenities needed and the room is comfortable . We could adjust the temperature to warm or cold room so we still slept well despite the cold weather outside

The pillow is rather soft and the nearest mrt exit (or rather all exit) to get to the hotel doesn't have lift

It was wonderful that we had to cancelled one day of our stay in Osaka and hotel helped us as quick as they can do and refund the deposit. We will choose Plum Hotel when visit Osaka again. Hotel staff is very helpful.

Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily. Staff was very approachable and even printed the food they recommend for us.

Check out was a little bit early at 10am and they were very strict to follow this policy as they had to knock on our door for check-out.

Service was good, helped to collect my shoes from asics JP and helped pay with cash on delivery. They also helped me to fill up the shipping information when i didnt know how to fill it in.

Heater occasionally has issues, but is fixed once mentioned to the reception.

it’s clean, new(because just renovated in Sep),safety, reasonable price, nearby Daikokucho Station and also can reach Namba station(11 minutes by walks). My son love this hotel!

Everything. The reception staff was super co-operative. They did their best to help us. The rooms were clean and were cleaned everyday. Rooms were cozy. Location was pleasant.

No cupboards and only two bolts for 4 hangers. Apart from that the hotel was superb.

Bad soundproof system. During my stay, there are guest checked in for parties and the loud noise affected me who was staying next door. Called to reception to complain but i was told to bear with the noise as it is Halloween season. Oh well, now I know guest can create noise in hotel.
