The place exceeded our expectations - it was very easy to self-checkin, the room was really spacious (we could leave 3 medium luggages open and still have a lot of space to move around), and everything was perfectly clean and working. Toiletries, kitchenware, slippers, and towels were all provided as well. The location was also perfect - it's a 2 min walk from Nishikujo station, which connects to all the major train lines in Osaka and it's also near a Family Mart and a Lawsons. There were also restaurants and vending machines nearby. Very much worth the price, I'd love to stay here again.

Very good loc if you want to visit USJ. It’s just 1-2 stops away from the park and 1-2 mins walking from Nishikujo Station. Convenience stores, restos and bars nearby, a good big supermarket to buy F&B, vending machines abound, a nice coin laundry downstairs. Very modern, spacious apartment with enough amenities for comfy stay. Very recommended.

Check in quite complicated, you have to call in from a tablet in the reception area and they take photos of your passports which I’m uncomfortable with cos there is no User Privacy agreement whatsoever with data protection.

We came to Osaka for Universal Studios Japan, and this apartment was incredibly well located for USJ. Short walk to the station and only a couple of stops to USJ. Quiet and comfortable - we all slept well! Small kitchen with kettle (but no tea/coffee). Check-in was easy, using a tablet with video-call to reception. Coin operated laundry at ground floor was very handy!

The room was on the smaller side for our family of 4. Three beds provided so we had to make up the sofa bed for our youngest child.

I booked this hotel because it was near universal studio and has near by access to metro station. Find it very convenient. Room was big and clean. Staff were kind and helpful. Allowed me to storage my baggage after check out. Will definitely book in future.

The room was exceptionally cold. Dispen in the bathroom was very tiny, wish if it was bigger. Didn't like the water heating system as I had to turn it on and wait for hot water every time I used. Wish they placed bottles of water as a welcome gesture for the guests.

- we couldn’t find the building. Not easy to find and address does not accurately represent location. Suggest looking for the laundromat to find the accommodation.

We liked the location of the hotel sinve it is close to the train station, grocery and convinience stores

We didn't like the beds since it makes noises with a simple movement. Also we wpuld like to suggest to put on cctv cameras per floor since someone was trying to get in our room twice and there was no footage available to check if this was am actual guest who lives in the building

Great location for USJ. Next to the property there is a laundromat, where you can wash n dry clothes, or shoes (in a special washing machine). A lot of small local restaurants nearby. The property room was very spacious for tourists, with mini kitchen.

Since this property is a serviced apartment type, it lacked the front desk service of a hotel.

Remote checking, where the staff are located else where and you talk to them through iPad. Checkin was very quick and simple. Photos don’t do justice, accomodation was much bigger compared most places we stayed. This accomodation 6 mins away from Universal Studios Japan, highly recommend if you are visiting. Family mart and two seven eleven were walking distance to this accomodation. Close to train lines.

Location location highly recommend for small families of 3 , 4 maybe stretching it if big kids. It's central to get to everywhere for tourists. Quiet location.

Not much family friendly options for dinner in the area but your best off heading downtown. Oh I think you need to invest in blackout curtains as to much light gets into the room from the street.

The location and services are the best. The staffs were very helpful and quick in responses. Besides, think the place is great in location wise and convenient.

The beds are not that comfy. We had a hard time sleeping. Moreover, it would be nice if we could have new towels daily and check-in without additional fees before 16.00 pm.
