Hotel IT is a hidden gem in Osaka. Offering an affordable price, it provides a delightful experience with a stunning lobby and a cozy cafe. The rooms are remarkably spacious compared to those in Tokyo. Conveniently located near a large supermarket, the hotel allows you to immerse yourself in the local atmosphere, waking up to the sight of children in cute uniforms heading to school, and locals going about their daily routines. It truly feels like living there, rather than just visiting. It's undoubtedly the best place to stay during my Japan trip.

Clean hotel, rooms more spacious than usual hotels in Japan in this class. Most notable the bathroom, and the desk. Lots of space to work on with a good chair. But also the lounge is so relaxing to work from, spacious and bright. Fast internet, lord of Power plugs. Coin laundry on the fifth floor was a lifesaver too keeping things clean after going through many smokey bars in Osaka. Lastly the stone oven they have in the kitchen made for some great pizza's. However one of the largest supermarkets I've seen in Japan is right next to the hotel. It has a fresh actual bakery amongst things so that's a great option if you don't want hotel food. There is otherwise not much else to do directly around the hotel; but the subway entrace is 2 mins walk away to take you directly to the hotspots of Osaka.

The ambient at the lobby was good. Able to take nice pictures and do some quiet work during day time. The staff (Chiang) during our check in was so kind and gave us excellent tips that we managed to see Sakura! Thank you so much Mr Chiang! (We didn't get to see him after to thank him personally)

The WiFi as not that strong at the ground floor. Would be great if the cafe can opened till 10pm (last order 9:30pm) 😁 It would be good to be able to access to my friend's room floor with own card so that I need not trouble them to bring me to theirs or vice versa. (Our rooms not on the same floor but we shared some stuff). That's all.

The hotel is clean and spacious. Very comfortable for our family of 2 adult and 2 teenagers with connecting rooms. A large supermarket is located next to the hotel with a bakery section with freshly baked every day, wide selection of fresh fruits, milk, coffee and snacks that we could stock up our daily groceries. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated with plants with birds chirping in the background. Feel like walking in a tropical rainforest.

The hotel reception is located on the 2nd level. Even though we tap our hotel access card, the lift will by default stop at the lobby level on the way up or down. This could be improved

The lounge and outdoor patio were super nice. Vibes were excellent, great for sitting down and chilling after a day of walking around Osaka. I took time there nearly every evening to write up postcards and do a bit of journaling. There's a supermarket literally right next door that is open til 10PM, a kids' park nearby, most amenities are about 3-5 minutes away (3 if you're NYer speed, 5 for normal humans.) outlet and light switch right by the head of the bed so you don't have to grope your way through the dark to get in bed after shutting the lights.

Hard to find anything that I genuinely didn't like so the following are true nitpicks: There are only 3 sets of laundry machines, may get crowded. The orientation of the shower and the toilet entrances means that if you're staying with a friend, your odds of seeing them accidentally nude are pretty high. They both face outward into the hallway instead of at each other with an alcove. Not sure if the in-room humidifier worked but that's likely end user error, not machine error.

I stayed here with a good friend of mine during our trip to Japan. For the price, this hotel is really lovely. The rooms are small but practical with everything you need and more. We had a really nice view over the city from our room. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are shops close-by, a few nice looking bars, and a metro station very close. We really loved the lounge area, with the outdoor seating and bar. It was very atmospheric and was a great place to relax after a busy day of exploring.

Hotel It is located very close to the subway, on a central point if you want to get around Osaka. Just next to the hotel is a nice supermarket with bakery, which is nice to get fruit or bread to get through the day. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, and although the service was quite slow for Japanese standards, the food and atmosphere was excellent. The cleaning staff was superfriendly, so bonus for that. The rooms were spacious enough. The rooms were also quiet.

The only negative here was a very stained carpet in both rooms we booked. It doesn't look clean and feels like it needs to be replaced.

really good location, around the corner from various train stations. cafe downstairs which is a little expensive but was nice and had good food. really friendly staff. Lots of clean bedding, facilities were good such as washing and drying. if we didn’t want the room cleaned we had fresh linen outside in case we wanted to do it ourselves. Definetly recommend this hotel, very good value for money.

When I asked to get rid of a case I had to pay 2000 yen for it to be binned. cafe a little expensive. The blinds let a lot of light in. other than that I really enjoyed my stay and would be back.
