The hotel is located in 10-12 min walk from an underground station with the pavement not really smooth so may be complicated to carry the luggage. Other than the above, it is a great value for money.

The check in was really kind and helped me find the station and where I needed to go
I had spoken to staff before check in telling me I could have my luggage transported. This was why I booked due to traveling to Tokyo. They then told me at check out that no they do not support this service. Then trying to locate some left behind items they have ignored me through the booking.com app.

The room room is very simply made, but it is large for a business standard hotel and very clean. The location is good. Near a station. It is very convenient because seven eleven is inside the building. The pillow was good.
The voices from outside were heard well.
