Really nice hotel, I accidentally booked a smokers room but when I checked in I asked and the staff member had no issue adjusting my booking to a normal room. Shuttle in the morning to get to USJ which was really convenient and train back was easy, I got the train from the hotel the next morning to USJ and it was also just as easy.

No problem! I didn’t book with the breakfast but decided I wanted to go to the buffet so paid for it but maybe a few more eggs/veggies would have been good. Lots of pasta & heavy meals on offer instead, still good but no way to check what was available before paying.

The location. Easily accessible from the Metro (Chuo) line and the JR line (Osaka loop). It is directly connected to them. 15-mins away from Universal Studios via JR Line. 11-min walk from a Mega Don Quixote (discount store). A Family Mart and some restaurants just outside the hotel (via 2nd Floor entrance). 4-min walk to a supermarket/grocery (Life Bentencho). The immediate area is quiet, as it is not a major tourist area. This is good for us. The room we stayed in is cleaned properly. And has a nice view of the Osaka bay area. Amenities are standard, room size is what you can expect here.

The room we stayed in is mildly air-conditioned. Maybe the air-conditioning in the room we stayed in is broken(?). We set the thermostat at the lowest temperature (20 C) and the fan at the strongest level, but it doesn’t really cool the room properly. It is colder in the lobby & common areas of the hotel than in our room. It was bearable, but not really that comfortable. We visited in early Nov, the weather is already getting colder outside, so it might have helped made the room temperature bearable. We wonder though what it might have been if we visited in the peak of Summer.

It’s in between JR & subway lines. It’s my first time navigating the train station. Super convenient. Rooms are quiet beds are comfortable. I really loved the assistance from the front desk staff when I was super nervous and had so many things on my mind to plan this 17days KIX-TYO Japan holidays. I will reccommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Ah Also it’s like OMG so nearby kaiyukuan,Tempozan and USJ. Love this hotel. Thank you staff of Art hotel osaka bay. House keeping was also a daily thing and I count this as a blessing. 🥰 THANK YOU!!!!

There’s nothing I did not like. Alls good. Best if there’s additional laundry machines.

The Buffet breakfest. The guy at the buffet put me in a good table every time I came there. The location was good. The view from my room was great. Close to amenities. The staff were good. It came down to another hotel but I felt they were not value for money so the Tower Art Hotel at Osaka Bay ticked most of my boxes.

The Buffet breakfest was a expensive. The last day this girl put me on a table I dident like. The selection of movies was dissapointing. I wished I had the room opposite to mine but I regret not informing the staff on the first day.

It accessible to and from the Bentencho train station. It's also close to convenience stores, drugtores, Daiso, and some reataurants. We super loved the memory foam pillows and beds. The shampoo was also really good.

While the staff were very helpful and friendly, the experience would have been perfect if there were english speaking staff. More options for vendo machine (they only had one on the 50th floor) like coffee and drinks inside the hotel would also be nice so we don't have to go outside. A portable flat iron for clothes and dresser mirror would be nice. We also didn't have toothbrush and toothpaste on day 1. we had to buy outside.

My family spent a total of 4 nights at The Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower, 1 night in a Triple Room and 3 nights in a Quadruple. Connected to the JR Bentenchō Station along the Osaka Loop line, it was our best choice due to its proximity to Universal Studios Japan. But being on the Osaka Loop Line means all the other tourist attractions are easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. We loved the simple interior and there was enough space for all our luggage, 6 of them! We were given rooms on the 23rd and 24th floors and we enjoyed fantastic views of the Osaka skyline! Toiletries are provided as in most of Japanese hotels. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The toilet and bath are separate which is good. The staff are courteous and helpful. When you go out through the hotel's 2nd floor exit, you will find restaurants, cafes, Burger King, shops, a convenience store and a drug store and the Solaniwa Onsen. It is also where the footbridge to JR Bentenchō Stn is accessed. I would love to try their breakfast at the 51st floor and the famous spa, Solaniwa Onsen, next time. The room rates are also good value. We booked at Booking.com and found a really good bargain. Truly, we had a nice stay at the Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower. We will definitely stay again when in Osaka area.

The hotel offers free shuttle service to Universal Studios Japan but only during weekends. The North Exit of the Bentencho Station which is connected to the hotel by a footbridge has no elevator. The escalator is only for going up. If you have big luggage, you have to take the South Exit for the elevator and go down to the underpass to cross the street and walk to the hotel's main entrance.

Incredible location, tons of food and shops nearby. Basically directly connected to Bentenchō station. Super friendly staff. The rooms were the most spacious ones we've had in Japan. Honestly if we come back I'd love to stay here again.

If you plan on doing laundry here think again. This is the one area I had issues with. The floors were nasty and the laundry machines do not dry. I spent tons of money, even doing an entire cycle per clothing item and still ended up packing wet clothes. I spent an entire day (930a-7p) doing laundry. And I had maybe 3 days worth. And with only 4 machines for the whole complex it was frustrating.

Spacious rooms, a very pleasant hotel, new and well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and play areas for children. Although Osaka is not a very busy city, this hotel has managed to enhance the atmosphere.

The price of the food inside the hotel. 4000 yens for a breakfast. It s too much. They should understand that we need a full welcome, not conditioned by the checkout yet. Breakfast must be reserved in advance. that is to say as they place this event above everything, It does not make sense. But otherwise the hotel is superb.

the place is near the bentencho station and JR osaka loopline. near soloniwa onsen and restaurants nearby, family mart, daiso, pharmacy and market.

we are on the 50th floor with a nice view but the room is so hot. we turned on the air conditioner but it shows heat at 20 degree celcius. the window can be open slightly. we bear to sleep in hot room for 2 days until i ask for a cooling fan. cooling fan helps but its not cold air coming out.
