Quiet and close to Hommachi subways wich is useful to reach more or less every place in Osaka.

Breakfast is bento style, you've to retire it at the reception and in case heat it on the 14th floot. I did not specify that I'm vegetarian and they didn't ask so I could never eat the breakfast that I paid.

The breakfast was pretty good, the options for beverages were good too. And the view from where we breakfast was pretty really nice to start the day. And I really enjoyed the coffee and green tea capsules and the water bottles that were available in the room. The location is really convenient to go everywhere in Osaka or go other cities in Kansai region.

On the carpet of the hall of floor where the room was located, there were visible stains. I would hope that stains would be gone after a reasonable time.

I booked the two rooms for this trip for my dad and brother. We worry about the room cause it said on booking.com that the size of the room is about 12 square meters. However, when my dad arrived he told me that the room size was not too small it was a good size. The hotel was located in the center and near the train so it was a good location. There are many family marts, 7-Eleven, and Lawson near the hotel.

It is near Hommachi station. The toilet facilities work well; heater and water are strong. Toilet is sanitary and flushes well. The staff are very helpful and polite. They helped with the Yamato luggage service.

The carpet flooring is rather dirty. The room is rather small 15m2- it’s okay if you’re REALLY comfortable with the person you are travelling with as you will be in very close proximity.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Found long hair in bedding, stains on carpets in the corridor, dirty exhaust fan

The hotel overall is great! As a matter of fact, every time I go to Osaka, I stay at this hotel... one of my favorite hotels in Osaka!! People at the customer service are always nice and warm!!The facilities are excellent!!

One thing I really don't like here is the breakfast!!! After covid19 pandemic, they switched the breakfast to bento box style. The bento box was pretty good in the beginning, but nowadays the taste came to be really bad(a piece of bread, macaroni with mayo, and unknown things etc). I actually did not eat at all and left the whole things. They really really need to improve the breakfast. I will not eat it in the future otherwise.

I booked this hotel for my mom and dad for the second time. The hotel is still clean and the room is also big. It is convenient to stay in this hotel because there are a lot of family mart, 7eleven and lawson nearby the hotel!

I booked this hotel for my brother, it was his second time staying in this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The convenience store is near the hotel. So it is convenience to stay in this hotel.

The hotel was in a central location easily accessible by train. It’s also close to restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel itself was great with comfortable beds, great facilities and friendly staff.
