Hotel is close to Awaza metro Station, pink line. U can connect to Nankai airport line via Namba station. 15 min walk for Life Supermarket and 25 min walk for Aveon Mall. On the 1st floor (close to front desk) they have free soft drinks & coffee machine; smoking terrace and big closet with pillows, pijamas and amemities Japanese and European style breakfast was good, breakfast room is open between 06.00-09.00 AM. Hotel provided free lockers on check in and check out day. That helped us a lot :) Front desk employees speak very good english. I had stayed in 3 different hotels during my vacation and Super Hotel was the best. Although it would be amazing if hotel sell their branded products. For example, I would love to buy their bags. Hotel would have free advertising around the world and guest would have memorable gifts. But they don't :)

On check out date we had extended our room for 2 more hours and paid for it. But Housekeeping staff walked into our room at 10.15AM anyway. I was a bit scared and startled 'cause wasn't expecting that. There was no black tea and boiled eggs in breakfast room.

Room was standard, free bar in the evening was a nice perk, as was the onsen. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Location is just okay. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the Awaza Metro station, and there is a bus right out front that goes to Osaka Station, but next time I will probably pay a little more to be somewhere more central to make sightseeing simpler with fewer transfers. Even though they are supposedly eco-conscious, even if you forgo housekeeping, they still give you fresh towels and toothbrushes every day. I know this is common practice in Japan, but I would prefer If there was a way to refuse this service. Bathtub in the room was slightly smaller than average for Japan, but I guess that's what the onsen is for!

Amazing staff and luxurious spa-facility included. Smallish but clean, tidy and comfortable room. As we explored the city most of time we had two really good nights of sleep nights. Another nice extra were the pillows with ”beans” rather than down and feather which provided excellent support. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room had no see trough window (textured glass pane) and did not fully open. It was also slightly damp in the room resulting in socks and underware drying over the course of our stay. It is also close to the highway, so if you are easly disturbed you might want to at least get a room facing the smaller street.

I absolutely loved this hotel, which blows every other budget hotel I've stayed in in Japan out of the water. The whole place had been renovated a month before I visited, so everything was shiny and new. Rooms were bigger than your average Japanese budget hotel, and had been well thought out with lots of plug points in useful places, etc. They also give you a set of comfy pyjamas to wear, and you can choose your pillow(s) from a selection of them as well, which I though was a nice touch. Bed was super comfy too. The real bonus, however, was the natural spring onsen, which I used every day I stayed. It's not huge, so it was always fairly busy, but I never failed to find a quiet corner (they have a big hot pool with a couple of submerged 'beds' to lie on, another smaller one with Jacuzzi-style jets, a small cold plunge pool, and a sauna, plus dry areas to relax.) Location is a bit quiet, but not too far (maybe 20 mins walk or walk+metro) from lots of the main areas, art museums, etc. Highly recommended if you don't mind not being in the thick of the action as soon as you walk outside your door!

We liked the friendly greeting when arriving, departing, proactive, helping, ready to interject and make sure we felt our needs were attended. Always seeing staff cleaning was great. Good feedback on restaurant recommendations. Luggage locker is amazing and only one we saw in a hotel in Osaka! Was great to hold luggages when going to another location and returning. Onsen full featured with Sauna and jacuzzi jet bath and overhead dump pipe.

Rooms a little tight for 4 people. Washroom vent was dusty above shower.

The service was great, everyone was really friendly. The onsen is lovely and perfect to relax. Eventhough I arroved late I could still use it, since it is open until 1 am and in the morning as well. There is a welcome bar with free dri ks which I unfortunately missed, since I came quite late. They even have pyamas if you forgot your one :) And breakfast was really good and totally worth it as well.

The room is prettey small and the matress and pillow rather hard for western standards, but I assume that is usual in Japan.

Great hotel. Very good breakfast. Onsen makes our days more comfortable. Open bar 5-8 p.m. Extremely kind staff Felt like in home:-)

During open bar for two days a Japanese couple put all the whiskey to their own thermos bottle, cup by cup and nobody paid attention to them that such a behavior is not nice. I felt embarrassed.

The hot spring bath was pretty big for a Super Hotel. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Close to local eateries and convenience stores. I booked really early and got a great rate.

Desk in room a little small. Location wasn't too far from Awaza Station, but the trains at the station are not very convenient for tourist spots. Happy hour ran out of the good booze fast 😁

they gave us a big room, which is perfect, everything is so good, helpful staff, very very polite and very good, helpful...

the spa close at 9am in the morning, which is a bit too early, it is suggested to close at 10am in the morning, so that we could sleep in a bit late during the holidays...

Thw onsen was fantastic, the breakfast was very good, the staff very helpful. Free coffee and tea throughout the day was appreciated in the small but accomodating public workspace. The 'happy hour' with free drinks was also good.

The room was small, not entirely unexpected. The window in the room barely opened and only look out to the wall of the adjacent building.
