This Moxy Hotel, like all Moxy hotels, was very nice. While the location may not be the most convenient, it’s still within reasonable proximity to the metro. The room itself was clean, of decent size, and tastefully decorated.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Very helpful. Fun decor in the hotel with lots of social spaces. The hotel was located close to Osaka station so very easy to travel around. There was a good breakfast at the hotel with ingredients/ allergy information clearly marked. The beds were comfortable. All in all very good value.

The rooms were a little small (however this is very common in Japan!) The hotel used creative ways to make space (ie the chairs fold up and can be hung on the wall). Although the breakfast was great and hot drinks were included, it’s only filter coffee. If you want a latte/ cappuccino etc you have to pay.

-(This is not a bad point, just funny) To a Japanese friend, the name sounded like a hostess bar, and the giant pink neon sign reinforced that idea. Had to invite for a beer to show that this was not the case =). -According to several people I talked to, the daily rate is on the "pricey" range.

The hotel is clean and modern and the room was big for Japan. The bed was very soft and comfy and there were large thick pillows provided. Comfortable pyjamas provided for men and women, and amenities in the bathroom were great. The shower had a rain head and detachable option and was large. Nice hair-dryer provided and more than enough Power points through the room. The TV even had a Netflix option to sign into your account through a QR code - this was a huge stand out for us that made the room that much more amazing - we could stay in on a cold night with room service and Netflix! The location is good, just a train ride away from almost everything.

The lobby is a mix of reception, bar, restaurant and relax area and was always too busy and crammed. There is the world's smallest fridge in the room, it only just fits one small carton of milk in it, but the worst part is its so noisy! It's the only thing you can hear all night.

Super comfortable with a modern and fun vibe. Really loved the aesthetics and the 24hr bar was cool. The staff were kind, easy to communicate with and very helpful with all of our requests and inquiries. It seemed like everyone was really happy to be there which is always a bonus in hospitality. We loved it!

Considering the price per night I was a bit disappointed that we had to pay 1000 Yen each to leave our bags in holding for just a couple hours but I understand business is business.

The rooms were great with a comfortable bed, enough space to spread out and relax, and the high-speed internet was a great bonus. The gym was very nice, along with the bar/restaurant and the laundry facilities made it easy mid trip to get everything clean and organised for the rest of our holiday. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - which was excellent when we needed to first recieve a parcel via courier and additionally send something with no idea how to use Japan Post - the staff made both of these things a breeze! The location itself was good, it seemed a bit far away from everything initially, however with multiple train stations/lines within a 15-minute walk this wasn't an issue at all - additionally there is plenty of great places to eat and drink nearby as well.

Probably the only minor thing would be having a mini-bar fridge in the room. The compact one was good but couldn't hold more than 2-3 drinks or anything larger than that.

The staff are excellent. They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and polite. The room is comfortable, clean, and at least in my case for one person a very decent size. Reasonably quiet as well, and curtains can be drawn to block out all light. The location is very central, both convenient to public transportation as well as good jogging and walking areas nearby. It is a nice bonus that they have a gym. They also have further fun elements like the bar, restaurant, games... Good place to stay in Osaka!

No complaints, and can't believe I can't find something to complain about! I was happy with everything!!

Breakfast was great. Coin laundry was helpful. Hotel is close to Fukushima train station for getting around Osaka on the Osaka Loop train. Shower was very comfortable. Board games and Salsa dancing lessons were fun.

Room is a little on the small side. No room for chairs that were hanging on the wall. Dinner stops a bit early at 9:30.

Breakfast was simple, yet delicious because it had variety. Location was great since shopping centers and restaurants were nearby. Staff was very respectful, specifically Kirari. She was helpful in booking cabs, recommending restaurants, and making us feel more comfortable with our stay.

There were very few laundry machines, so doing laundry was inefficient.

Moxy Osaka is hands down the best hotel I have stayed at so far on my Japan trip. From the moment you walk in the door the staff are amazing (and great English speakers) and the vibe is so fun. Check in is smooth and the rooms are so funky with great decor and spacious layout. It is close to the train station and great restaurants and the 24hr bar is a great feature! It was a beautiful stay and I will be recommending it to everyone who visits Osaka!
