I upgraded the room. Size of upgraded room is very comfortable for 2 people.

There was another resol stay akihabara hotel just round the corner. I went to the wrong hotel, and they redirected me to the right one. It was tiring to drag heavy luggage around. They should give the two hotels different names so hotel guest don't get mixed up.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! Some reviews said the rooms are small, but for me the room was perfect. Also very clean and with soundproof walls. They have an eco policy (they clean the room in your 4th day stay), which for me it wasn't a problem. They give you everyday 2 new towels (face & body) and a bottle of water and if you have trash, you just leave it outside the door and that's it. The bed and pillow were comfy. Slept every night like a baby. A full 7-10hs sleep. Even if my room was on the railtrack side, it didn't matter cuz you can barely hear something. That's how good the windows are. The AC is Daikin branded which in a matter of seconds makes the room cool and perfect (especially if you are a person like me who's home country is not humid at all (like Japan is). The hotel is ~7 minutes away from Akihabara station and ~5 minutes away from Kanda station. The area is really nice. The staff was so nice and they speak good English. At the reception they provide a lot of necesities (lufa sponge, toothbrush, vanity kit etc.). They even have a weighting scale to weight your luggage if needed. In the room you can find a mirror, USB cable (type B, C, lightning etc.), a pijama, a hair dryer). Did I mention it has a bidet? I don't know about other people but for me, a solo traveler, this hotel was exceptional and the next time I travel to Japan, I'll surely check if they have a room available! I would love to stay here again!

The location of the hotel was amazing. Once you get off the train at Akihabara station you could be in your room in 5 minutes. The room layout was great, things were placed well so the room didn't feel cramped. The TV was big and had lots of options for channels and streaming.

The one thing that really bothered me was the motion sensor light at the entrance of the room. The placement or the bed meant sometimes you could set off the light while moving in bed. I don't think there is a way to turn it off, so it was troublesome when it would set off in the middle of the night.

Its located close to the JR Train station and many subway lines. It has all the possible facilities you would need while travelling, free coffee, lounge/ work space, laundry room, vending machines for drinks. There is this famous ramen place which is just a block away from the property. even though its close to a station, its a silent locality in between of the bustling Tokyo. The electronic city is just a 5mins walk away from the property.

The rooms are small which is a basic Japan standard, however its crowded with a lot of furniture.

The hotel was very modern and nice. The bed was very comfortable, most comfortable bed and pjs so far we’ve received in Japan. New towels and water was given everyday. Staff were accommodating when we needed anything and some spoke good English. Common area was furnished well with drinks were provided during certain hours of the day available. Amenity cart was also very nice and well equipped. Location was great as it was just a walk across the bridge to the station and main streets of Akihabara.

They had put us in a room that said capacity for 1 even though we were 2 people and when I inquired about it, they said that is a normal size room (there was a little bit of a language barrier), even though on the floor map behind our door I could see the other rooms were bigger and would’ve fit 2 people better. We could barely open our suitcases in our room. Would’ve been nice to be put in a room that was meant for 2 people. I think we had to book the twin share to get that extra space, so I would recommend that for any couples traveling.

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were so kind and helpful. The location was great-very close to Akihabara Station (exit Central South gate, cross the road and turn right-there is a little alley on your left, just before going under the bridge. It's at the end of the alley). The room was clean, beds comfortable and everything still very new. Loved the amenity bar. It has neat pour-over coffee packs with really good coffee inside and I really liked the bath puffs-much nicer than the sponges we've encountered elsewhere. Fresh towels and bottled water were provided every day. We had a great experience!

We loved our stay-no complaints!

The lobby/lounge area was super. Location was perfect! Clean, tidy and friendly staff

The air-conditioning in the room was hard to control. Had to flip up and down between 24-25 degrees because 24 was too cold and 25 was too warm. This was on cooling mode and with 1 fan speed. Perhaps another mode would've been better, but we found automatic mode was too cold and thus this was the best option for us without using too much time on it

During our first trip to Japan, we booked a 12 day stay at this hotel and I’m so glad we did! The rooms were some of the most spacious we found while searching for a hotel and it’s located very close to Akihabara station. The staff was very helpful and was able to help us out in English as well. They allowed us to storage our bags before check in and had a variety of toiletries/ amenities for free. They gave us clean towels and bottled water each day and were attentive in anything we needed and had a wonderful view of Tokyo!

Nice quiet area while still having access to the main Akihabara hustle and bustle. Room & Bathrooms were very clean. Recommend getting a room with 2 beds even if you're a couple, the extra floor space is worth it.

A bit of a walk from the main Akihabara station area. You'd have to take a short walk to get to the nearest convenience store & restaurants. Minimal table space in the rooms so I recommend using the shared lounge area.

Everything was perfect. The train stations were easily accessible, everything is walking distance, so many places to eat near by. Plenty of family marts and 7/11's nearby. The staff are exceptional aswell I wish I could compliment each of them but they are trained so well, I hope they get the recognition they deserve because they are all so respectable. Definitely staying here on my next trip to Japan and will be bringing my family with me too next time :)
