I love the modern classy features and designs of the hotel. Location was excellent too. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.

I couldn’t get any my breakfast taken at the hotel. It seems pointless to offer breakfasts if they can’t accommodate all the hotel guests.

Though location is convenient , no clear drop off place when we come back , taxi driver always drop us at a wrong place , always drop us lay by without cover Toilet bowl column is a bit small , handle inside easy hurt the head/face when closed the door

Great location, great staff, comfy rooms and clean facilities. The lunch menu at Bellustar restaurant was awesome, simply delicious. The hotel is on Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, where you also have Bandai Namco Tokyo, an awesome food hall with live music and great food, as well as bars and restaurants. Close to the Shinjuku station as well. All around, I would definitely visit again. Thanks for everything!

We always went out for breakfast (you have plenty of options around the hotel), but we would have loved to have a breakfast menu at the restaurant, just like the lunch option. You can order in-room breakfast from the day before, but checking the restaurant at 8-9 am and seeing nobody and nothing available was odd.

Room was nice and great view. Excellent location with busy street with loads of food and drinks. There is also starbucks in the building, arcade and food hall. There is also an airport limousine bus service. That is really cheap right outside.

They didn’t provide sanitary towel bin or bag in the bin. Japan is a mens world. Also, the aircon makes the room soo cold and dry even if you set it up 26 degrees as if you turn it off. It gets really hot at night. We all suffered with cold which eventually turned into a nasty flu which ruined our holiday.

The view was fantastic. Everything was exactly as advertised in their pictures of the room, which was a relief. Very friendly and professional staff.

It’s a bit of a hassle to get to your room via two different elevators, because they have their reception on floor 18. But at the same time it made the whole thing feel more secure. Some of the staff had poor english skills.

Most stunning views , incredible rooms. Dinner at Jam 17 was delicious .

Breakfast area is small so sometimes you get put in a holding area . Staff speak very little English compared to other hotels. Hotel lobby is on 18th floor and room lifts do not go all the way to ground floor so going to and from room sometimes takes a while .

The property was in a very grubby area .there was only one lift to the lobby floor which you always had to wait for.

We loved Everything. The food was amazing the room was amazing and the stuff was so kind and helped us with everything we asked for.

Location was great, Close to Shinjuku station which is a major station, making traveling to different neighborhoods convenient. Hotel is clean and hi tech. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Our only complaint is about the staff/security directing traffic in/out of hotel. It’s rather strange that after turning RIGHT to arrive at the hotel entrance, our driver was asked to make a u turn to make a LEFT turn into the driveway before he could drop us off. What is the point in all that fuss when he could have dropped us off the first time? Next day I was out and took a taxi back. Again we were directed this time to go all the way down to the garage. Why I couldn’t get off at the entrance as I was already there, I don’t understand but it’s just absurd. So much redundancy!!!
