Short walking distance to Asakasa-Mitsuke and Nagatacho which gives you great access to subways going everywhere in Tokyo. The area in Akasaka offers lots of shops and restaurants as well as parks. Its a classic 9h so the capsules are rather spacious. The design of the building is nice with a lot of natural light. It is kept clean all day.
Air circulation in the capsule was missing which became a little warm at night. Other 9h or capsules hotels had a little more space in the bathroom and luggage store area. Be aware that you cannot stay in bed after 10am and before 2pm due to cleaning services

Very nice staff The capsules were very comfortable and everything was arranged very accurately The location is very good to explore Tokyo from
The locker and shower area were far from the capsule and it required some complicated procedures for every time you go out, go in or take a shower

Capsule hotel that was clean and the bunks itself were spacious and provided an outlet and lighting. Amenities kit was nice if you were staying for more than 2 nights - a mesh bag, pajamas, and slippers. Toothbrush and earplugs were available upon request. Locker rooms were a tight squeeze but most people were accommodating when you had to take your luggage out to put stuff away. There is a storage area for larger luggage where you could retrieve from the front desk with a bag tag. This specific hotel did not have luggage delivery service but there was a place about 15 minutes away who helped us with luggage delivery. Overall, no major complaints!

The staff is very nice, the location is great, towers & slippers or even pajama are provided. The sleep report is so cool! That's the main reason I booked this hostel.
To future hostel booker: If you are that kind of people need all your stuff with you/you easily forget this and that/you have super big suitcases, then you may want to think twice. For female, the bed is on 2nd&3rd floor, but the showers and lockers are on B1. I totally understand the space is generally not big in JP, but the lockers are arranged in rows facing each other, which is very difficult to get access to the lockers during the peak hour in the morning & evening.

Facilities are great. You get a new set of toiletries every day. Staff is kind, competent and good at English. The location is perfect. Very central. Lovely neighbourhood.
Capsule gets too hot when the blind is closed. You have to check out (before a certain time) and check in every single day that you are staying there.

The capsules were comfortable enough. I wish there was a contraption in the capsule where you could lock away your passport or valuables that are small. The receptionist that was Catalan was very friendly, I know Japanese people are polite but he made it feel like you could actually chat with a human and not a worker if that makes any sense. I also loved the sleep diagnostics that are offered (even tho be warned, if you are a light sleeper) probably not for you.
I didn't like that the showers and lockers were on a floor 4 floors down. I stayed in two other capsules where everything was on the same floor and it felt more cohesive and comfortable. I know they cleaned but the sinks and the floors in the bathroom/lockers area were always covered in hair.

Location and modern space age look of the pods. We were given a bag with lounge wear, fresh towels and slippers which was really nice. Enough locker space and showers and self-grooming facilities.
Lounge area a bit tiny and our pods were on the ground floor with views to the street. Not that the views were bad but it felt a bit like being on display or not enough privacy. There’s a sleep study option with a camera that measures your sleep pattern. This camera made disturbing noises all night. I think you could opt out of it. Otherwise, good budget-friendly place to stay in Tokyo.

Super staff. Cheerful and helpful. Capsule was big enough for 178cm person. Would fit a 2m person with little to no worries. Has power outlet and usb for charging. Cold drinks(water and some more) available for purchase from desk. New towels, clothes, toothbrush, slippers each night. Lockers were moderately sized. Larger luggage was locked separetly.
Capsule was way too hot at night with no way to control temperature. Let the staff know and they noted. But maybe it's just my northern blood... Mens washing rooms lack ventilation. And alarm clock is false advertising. Also i heard some odd whirring noise at night coming from outside. 1-10 seconds at a time at random intervals.

Very clean. Very close to two different metro line. 7-8 mınutes to walk. They provide you a bag with pijamas, towel, flip-flap and teethbrush every day. Personel is helpful and Internet is good. Bed and espacially pillow were extremly comfortable.
You need to leave rooms at ten and not able to use til 16. They make annonce at 9.45 that they will have general cleaning. I recommend not to use sleeping report because thermal camera makes a lot noise. It was like sleeping with a kitchen blender at top of my head.

Nice futuristic looking place, male and female parts separated, you get fresh clothes and slippers every day. Free luggage storage after checkout is helpful too. It is not too far from the metro station, so pretty convenient
The sleep report is interesting but i was missing some comparison to ideal or some explanation if there is something wrong or not, some people dont understand shouldn’t be used in capsule hotels specially not at 6.30am, the lockers in the shower area are crowded and there is no space to turn around, if one person is in his locker nobody else will fit in blocking 10 lockers. Also the lounge area is small few bar stools around 3x3 room nothing to do, no socialising, very quiet and introverted space.
