Great location in Tokyo. Very close to 2 subway stations. Everything is accessible from here.

The room is relatively small. If you're traveling with two people and luggage, it could be very difficult to spread out adequately. The bed is too short. I am 180cm tall, and my feet hang off the end of the bed.

Everything about the property was amazing. From the location, to the bed, daily cleaning & water/ice dispenser.

The sink was the only issue, since it’s outside the washroom area, and the design of the sink, water tends to splash outside the sink and onto the counters where non-washroom items are placed. But not a big issue.

For Tokyo, this was a spacious room in one of the best locations in the whole city. Great beds, great cleaning service and very quiet yet in the heart of the city.

It wasn’t totally cleaned properly, the top of the TV was very dusty but it’s not that big of a deal.

We’ve stayed in this area before and specifically chose to stay in the area again : great food; close to metro station and excellent bars. This hotel was modern. Staff were friendly and it was well located. It was extremely fresh and clean. But give me a free coffee in the morning and I’d rate you 10/10 !!

The hotel was modern but what was included in the price was very basic when compared to other city hotels. The room was very small : just two people and two cases were a very tight squeeze in the room. Amenities provided were basic and anything else was at cost. For instance, tea/coffee was limited to sachets of powdered green tea only.

We travelled around Japan for 2 weeks and finished off in Tokyo, so we were happy to pay a little more given we would be staying here the longest. This hotel exceeded our expectations, it was so pretty inside, had great amenities, loved the sofa within the bedroom and it was spotless clean! The breakfast options were amazing as well! In terms of the location, we were right next to Akasaka train station which took us 10-15 both way to Shibuya area and Ginza which was perfect.

The room was tiny haha - obviously you can upgrade for a bigger room, but for our budget still it was tight. However it wouldn't stop us coming here again! The breakfast staff was a little on edge in the morning, we felt that they were trying to rush all guests when they order and they came across a little rude, besides this we were very happy with this place.

We stayed at this property twice during our trip to Japan. We went from Tokyo to Kyoto and Osaka, then back to this hotel in Tokyo. Staff allowed us to keep our big luggage at the hotel - which was so helpful! The staff were really attentive, and there was a welcome sweet treat in the room. There is a coffee shop downstairs and you can buy mini drip coffee filters and coffee for the room which are really helpful. At the time of writing guests of the hotel also get a discount in the shop which is really helpful as it’s open long hours. The hotel has dried flowers you can take up to your room for an extra personal touch, and a fridge in the room. Thank you for a great stay!

It’s a fairly new hotel and in a good location. It’s not a 5* hotel, therefore you will not get any extra attention but will get all the basic requirements. Bathtub was big and great after work for a relaxation. Staff at the reception are very nice and friendly. When I emailed before my arrival all the replies were copy paste very negative messages I got, but when you are there everyone is friendly and attentive 😊 breakfast is western style, not Japanese. Their ice coffee was fab! 7/11 right opposite the hotel, very convenient. Foot massage next door, ideal after long shopping day.

Room size is very very small, if you are like me solo traveller better to get twin room like I did. I had 2 bags and I was able to keep those on the extra bed. In my room there was no international tv channels. Only Japanese. No drinking water bottle.

Besides the bathroom issue, it was a great place for its price considering the distance to the Tokyo metro, and near a fairly large restaurant scene. It's a typical hotel with all the amenities.

We stayed in a Kyoto resort after lodging here, and what this bathroom is missing is a drying system. There was a mildew/mold smell in the bathroom every time a shower was taken, and even our first day arriving it permeated the entire hotel. We had to open the windows everytime we took a shower and whenever we left the room.
