As most rooms in Tokyo, it is a bit small but very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. One of the best positions in Tokyo in my opinion. Both stations (Akasaka and Akasaka-Mitsuke) are very close and give you access to the Ginza line, the Marunouchi line and the Chiyoda line which are very convenient if you're visiting. There also are a lot of nice places to eat right around the neighbourhood.

The first night my pillow was a bit hard, but I managed to switch it with a softer one the next day.

Really enjoyed my stay. Room was very comfortable and well designed for the typical small size. A big draw was the Onsen bath which I frequently used. Would definately book again.

A bit later room check out would be appreciated.

Great location, staff always friendly and helpful! Great hairdryer - those with long thick hair understand what a pain it is to get that useless pocket-sized one! Cleaning upon request only, though you have to be out of your room before 10am to use it. But the room was cleaned well the few times I requested it! Also, enjoyed onsen a lot! Excellent location! Train station just 5 minutes away!

As usually is in hotels, lack of place to hang clothes is a constant issue. I think there were only 5 hangers in the room, but there was still place to install hooks or additional space for hanging clothes. I didn’t get breakfast, because it was mostly soup and bread, and smoothies, but there’s 7 Eleven and coffee shop right outside the hotel, very convenient!

The hotel is in a very lively district with a lot going on until midnight. However, the moment you enter the hotel everything is quiet. The beds are very comfortable, extra pillows can be taken at any time and the personal is absolutely lovely. Especially Tajima-san is a very lovely lady. The hotel is in walking distance of two subway stations (Akasaka-mitsuke and Akasaka) with multiple subway lines. Roppongi can be reached by walking within 20min. Tokyo Tower can be reached in about 30min on foot. So it is no problem if you miss the last train in that area. The hot bath is also a nice addition. Overall a great place to stay in Tokyo!

The room size is somewhat small although that is to be expected for Tokyo. I personally didn't feel like it was a bother.

Second time staying at this hotel, if you want to read my first review it'll be floating about somewhere here (it's quite a novel ha and the service is still nearly identical). I knew exactly what I was getting and it exceeded my expectations this time around again. The location is perfect, as it's right in the middle between 2 stations and it takes you 20-40min to get around anywhere you want in Tokyo. You also have a free coffee/drink dispenser in the breakfast area that you can use after breakfast time and if you fancy leaving your room for a scenery change, you can also do some work or journaling there (there are sockets!). This time around I also had to do my laundry, which was 100 yen for the washing machine and the dryer was free! Very easy to use with clear instructions and even free laundry detergent and softener on the side for you to have fresh-smelling clothes. This definitely won't be my last time :)

The pillows in the room are not super comfortable but the hotel solves that by having a pillow 'buffet' right before you head up to your room, just give some of them a squish and take your favourite one upstairs. As there is only 1 elevator, during check-out times (9-10 am) it can take quite a while to take the lift down, you can always walk down the stairs but if you are afraid of heights and are on a higher level, this might not be your preferred way. I just left 3min earlier than I needed if I had an appointment and it always was perfectly fine :)

The area this hotel was in ended up being a lot livelier at night than I expected, but thankfully the room was still pretty quiet. It's not too far from the train station, and there's a 7-11 directly next door which was extremely convenient for getting morning and late night snacks. I shipped my luggage to this hotel and they had it waiting in my room for me, which was great. Room was a little bigger than the previous same-style hotels I had been in on the same trip, also a plus. I didn't get a chance to try the baths but I wish I had! I'd definitely stay at a Super Hotel again.

Highly recommended : 1) location : easy access to metro and it is very near to metro station or JR line. (about 5mins or lesser) only one or three stops to shibuya and shinjuku station. 7/11 just beside the hotel and it did safe me a lot on first day arrive at midnight. Near to Harry Potter Cafe too. 2) it is plus point to have FOC onsen for us. I really enjoy the onsen especially after a long day walking. Never regret to choose this hotel with onsen. Nearby also have a lot of massage place either Taiwanese massage or Thai massage just a few mins walk if you can't do onsen. 3) staffs : they were prompt reply to all my questions before I confirm to take this hotel. They even give me a clear instructions how I can reach the hotel at midnight time and save a lot of money by follow their instructions. I didn't manage to book the private taxi and I thought it can ask around at the airport but no staffs for the midnight time. Hence I try to follow instructions given by the hotel staff and manage to reach the hotel with reasonable price. All Japanese staffs are courteous and friendly. Although they are not well in English but is not a big issue for me coz anytime can use phone translate. 4) cleanliness : I saw some comments said is not clean but I'm not sure is it because I was staying for 7 days so they did very well for cleaning service. Just take note that u must put the magnetic sign stick on ur door before 12pm (better for them to arrange) so that they know is required to clean your room. 5) room facilities : I can find everything that I need. They r very considerate on most of the guests requests. I'm on solo trip and with one luggage but last day bought another luggage and still can fit into the room and got small space to walk. Bathroom is very small but it doesn't matter because can go onsen room to shower.

Breakfast : if you prefer to have a healthy breakfast then you can book with breakfast. Their breakfast is just a healthy milkshake/salad bar/ breads / coffee machine and soup selection. Everyday is the same. It is better to eat outside because you will have to make sure you can wake up early to catch their breakfast end at 9.30am jp time.

Nice location in touristic area, streets around aunt so crowdy in the morning. But evening time itcs full of. Hotel has code-lock on the door. Room cleaning by demand (just put a notice out of the door), but towel change every day (also put used towels out). Hotel has own onsen! Different time for men and woman, free almost all the time: 2 persons maximum were at my visit (but onsen may include more). Works 24h. Very convenient if you have no time in Japan. Clean and modern! Hotel have working area in 2nd floor and you can use terrace for breakfast or work. Free serve-tourself bar works daytime tille the evening inlcuring strong alcohol (no beer), coffee machine and coke machine available for free. Modern elegant instrumental music plays quiet! Reception is on the 2nd floor, so, come inside and use an elevator to get 2nd floor for check-in.

Breakfast costs 1500Y, main dishes includes miso soup (it was strange) and smoothie (also not very good, iced), fresh salad and some pastry. Coffee, coke.

This hotel it’s relatively cheap, and in the middle of Akasaka, literally the best place to stay (in my opinion) you have everything at less than 15 minutes and akihabara and Disney at 35 mins. Also I feel that this hotel is the best for women, it’s extremely safe, codes everywhere. let’s list the safety features! Past 12:00 pm until 7:00 am the front doors are close and you need to input your room code to get in, there are rooms only for women, for smokers and non smokers, the onsen is hourly base so there are periods were only males or females can go in, when it’s the female turn the door is close and you need to input a code. So yeah, safety is a priority and it’s really good. Also the reception is great and the workers are super friendly. The hotel also have a “work place” during the day and a laundry room with 3 washing machines and 3 dryers. The washing machine is 100¥ and the dryer are free, the detergent and softener are also free. Even thou you can tell this hotel is oriented to Japanese salaryman’s, is friendly to tourist and a really good place to stay!

Great location. 5 minutes from Akasaka Mitsuke Station which is on the Maranouchi line and 4/5 stops away from Tokyo Station. 7 eleven right next door. Plenty of food places near by. Fantastic amenities (supplied hairdryer is impressive) including onsen. Cleaning restricted depending on number of nights although preferred to me as can return to room whenever. Supplied clean towels everyday and bags for trash. Check out is not required you can just leave.

Room is quite compact although not an issue for me as a solo traveller who is on the smaller side.
