Dust is a small problem. It is still pretty clean everywhere but everything above 1.8m has some dust around it.

The hotel location is good just next to Hanzomon subway station and just 5-10 minutes walk from the Imperial Gardens. The hotel facilities are quite modern. The room was rather small, but this is common for Japan and especially Tokyo. Breakfast is very diverse with both Japanese and Western options. The cleanliness is on the high level even relatively to the Japanese already high standard.

There are construction works next to the building from 8 to 18 every day except Sunday. The hotel management should be more transparent on this issue and inform in advance those guests whose rooms look at the construction cite on possible inconveniences and propose some compensations.

Closeness from Hanzomon station (Tokyo Metro Hanzomon line). From Narita take Keisei Access Express to Oshiage SkyTree station and connect to Tokyo Metro line. It's easier this way than going to Keisei Ueno then take Ginza line for Shibuya and change to Hanzomon line. Facility albeit slightly old-fashioned is clean and not as cramped like newer ubiquitous "business" hotels. Laundry service was quick and excellent. Check-in starts from 3 pm and no early check-in option is available. They can keep your luggage if you head off for your Day 1 sight seeing. There are two 24/7 combini stores nearby and a Soba/Udon bar and a coffee shop nearby. Using Hanzomon line, it's easy to get to city centres within 30 min., Yet small Hanzomon station is not crowded excepting rush hours

A small point but wash basin taps are separate and can't mix hot/cold water.

Located in a central office district, the hotel has a reasonably spacious rooms by Tokyo standards. Clean and quiet accommodation a few minutes from the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Station (Hanzomon line). Two convenience stores (Lawson, SevenEleven) are nearby. It is easy to flag down taxis in the street right in front of the hotel.

A minor thing: Taps (a mixing tap) at the basin work but hot/cold taps turn in the opposite direction, which is counter-intuitive.

This hotel is right next to the purple line Hanzomon. It is very convenient to go around Tokyo, for example, Shibuya 3 stations away. The hotel is in the middle of everything. Ideal for metro-hoppers! The staff are very helpful. They can communicate in English (most of them) otherwise using app translation. We booked double-bed (the size of the bed might be smaller than usual but we both “170cm+165cm tall” could fit perfectly without any problems). If you are taller like 180cm+ pls consider “queen bed type. Room is spacious enough to put 2 big luggages. They clean room everyday, change towels and PJ. The bathroom is HEAVEN. The bubble mist shower was incredible. Bathtub was our spa every night before bed. Super comfy bed and pillow. This hotel is suitable for ppl who love calm neighborhood.

No laundry service and the machines are slow and not useful.

The location is so convenient. You take the Hanzomon line, go to exit 5 and the hotel stands in front of you. There is also a 7-Eleven just around the corner. The staff is friendly. The hotel also offers sparkling water for free. The room was bigger than we expected. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was raining when we visited Tokyo, the hotel offered umbrellas for free (first come first served). The WiFi is working well. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Not a big deal, but the furniture in the rooms is a little old and shabby.

The hotel is right across the road from the Hanzomon metro station (Exit 5). The location was fantastic. It was close to the city centre by metro and easy to travel around Tokyo. It was quiet in the evening and noise was not a problem. The hotel was clean, check-in was easy, and there were courtesy umbrellas and bag storage. We did not include breakfast in our booking. There was a fabulous bakery just up the road, and a 7/11 and mini supermarket just down the road.

The shower head only had two positions - for me (I am quite short), the head was either way too high or way too low. The pressure was great but I had to hold the shower head to wash my hair and body.

2 free bottles of water provided every day. Free bath salts in various fragrances. Free to"rent" umbrellas Provided card showing name and address of hotel in both Japanese and English. This was very useful. Staff extremely polite, efficient and courteous. They were eager to please but always in the background

Nothing about the hotel. Just advice for travellers visiting Tokyo and Japan in general. Wear long pants if visiting gardens, shrines or walking around the moate at the Imperial Castle. Insects can bite (without you feeling it) and cause infected, itchy sores. If biten you can buy excellent ointment at various chemist shops. Use Google maps and translate if you don't speak Japanese

Wifi can't use, never contact it. The air purifier make the room very dry, not recommend to use it Hair dry is very old version, take a very long time to dry long hair.
